A. S.Decent selection of books to borrow and lots of other services on offer. WiFi access is great! Customer service is friendly and efficient

S. E.Nice place to visit with your kids. They have rhyme time, story reading every week to enjoy with your little ones. They also have a computer room, printing and scanning facility also available.

Go in, find a book, borrow it and come back later.
I’d like to see the place open for longer hours or at the weekend more.
The books aren’t quite organised correctly, and I think the children’s section should be organised differently so that we can more easily find the right book.
All in all, thoroughly recommend. Please beg your MP for more money for libraries!

B. B. (.It's full of books. The staff are really helpful. Access is very good. It's clean. It's fresh. Did I say it's full of books...😁. It has a free computer suite for members. It has free WiFi. And it's full of books. There's no visitor parking, closest parking is 200m. There is disabled parking. And it's full of books...😁

A. B.Exceptionally helpful and resourceful staff. Probably concerned about being made redundant.
This place is well used by the Community which is why it is regularly on the 'austerity' hit list.
The computers are over used and people access the place like a 'community centre'.
Considering that Peterborough grapples with nationally recognised low literacy levels it is baffling why the place isn't utilised more for early years.
A wonderful individual (Elaine) organises a reading group for visually impaired. The building is user friendly for all. Therefore an asset in a city that is virtually impossible to negotiate for those compromised by disability!!!

A. P.I visited Peterborough library today after my computer crashed. I was stressed as I had to submit a piece of work for university. I was helped by Les, he was diligent, supportive and a real credit to the library. Thank you for your help Les.
