Good tidy store with lots of free parking as well. Children's paradise, expect to spend lots! We were so happy after purchasing our first cosatto travel system here 4 years ago, the staff were really friendly and informative. We've traditionally visited every year since for our child's birthday too :)

Love it. Good selection of toys. I like how my daughter was able to test a scooter before we bought it. Bought a lot from here every Christmas. Can be a little bit rammed at certain times and doesn't help if there is a ladder taking up space. Staff always kind and helpful.

Was in the store on 28/4/22 and decided to purchase a pack of pokemon cards for nostalgic reason. Kindly asked Eleanor to randomly pick a pack for me, which she did aswell as a joke about them being non refundable if I'm not happy, however upon opening the pack it revealed a card that is valued at £75 and it has really made my day and I just want to say she is amazing 👏🏻

We are new to parenthood, and the staff we talked to and who helped us were great. I feel the staff have surpassed the expectations. The manager even remembered us two weeks after we had a brief chat with him, which we felt was very positive.

Went in today looking for highchair and was expertly served by Victoria, she was helpful and her customer service is a credit to you. Returns policy is strict which i agree with. Also went in for Lego event yesterday and had a few questions about a lego set so found John , also helpful and knew his stuff. The store manager is great and very helpful, previous reviews find him rude but i most certainly did not

I called to ask if they had a product in stock as most of the country hasn't. Claire was very helpful over the phone and the staff in-store were amazing and friendly and knowledgeable. I don't often shop at Smyths as my child is not such a child anymore lol but the Lego selection was awesome as was the member of staff who helped me. It's quite a way from where I live but if this is how staff are trained I'm converting from the other large toy store who in my opinion are no where near as friendly and knowledgeable and happy to genuinely help and advise. Well done and thank you for making my trip worth while.

This store is faultless, about time we got a decent Toy Shop in Peterborough. Been in a few times with the wife now and cannot fault the approach from all staff, everyone there actually wants to be at work and has a smile. Staff on hand to get stuff down for us which was on the top shelf. Only one Toy Shop will go to now. Keep up the good work!!

The shop is OK and range is excellent but on a recent visit on Monday 20th July most customers were without face masks and on click and collect we were served by staff member without a mask and with no screen area on click and collect desk. His manner generally left a lot to be desired.

The place looks exactly like the advert does. Went in today and got all what I was looking for. Had trouble finding a couples of hits but the staff were really helpful and found them for me. One staff member even used his phone to check stock of one product that we needed and was not in stock. The at parking is a lot to be desired not the best setup for parking. It would definitely go again.

This store is really good, the staff and the manager of the store who is Jamie and also the security man. Between Jamie and the security man they helped me very much.but at the end of the day the child it was for had it stolen while she was in hospital ill. Good luck to Jamie and his staff & security in the coming year.keep them they are really good at their job.

Ordered a Mini Maxi Deluxe scooter for my daughter using the Click and Collect Service. Within 30 minutes of placing the order, I received an SMS text message advising me that my order was ready for collection. A smooth transaction from start to finish......something rare with high street retailers!

Wonderful store. Staff on tills helpful. Staff in store amongst toys excellent. It is a children's toy paradise. I would recommend it happily to anyone. You cannot please all the people all the time!!

Very large toy store with huge range of outside toys and pools. Not bad prices, out of town slightly so you need a car to get here. Opposite Frankie and Bennys and next to the Range. Only four accessible car parking spaces I can see for the Range and Toy store so one star dropped for that.

Still has the wow factor for kids that Toys R Us seems to have lost. Staff were really friendly and engaged, especially the door security guard who was excellent and repeatedly went above and beyond, helping people with their kids, saying hello and even organising the till queues

i did an order online more then a few days ago,checked my order today as still didnt hear it was ready to be collected,logoed back online then to my horrorr said was cancelled. i then rang up the store to explain i wasnt to sure what had happend to my order due to didnt get an email or txt 2 say it was ready to collect,spoke to a lady on the phone that was very helpful and explain what had happened. she was more then happy to happy me later on this evening i went to the shop to collect what i reorder and she put 1 behind for me. Then i got to meet Leilah (who had delt with my call earlyer) she was fabulous a real valid member of staff to your Smyths store thank u again xxx
