Search elsewhere, i purchased Khan Dry Herb Vaporizer which broke after 10 months. Replacement was rejected as they have unusally short warranty of 6 months :/ £100 wasted. Update from 1star to 3: After few emails back and forth they "graciously" sent as "one time offer" replacement for free...which lasts now for a year and is so far very good

I've placed two orders with this company. The first had two faulty cartridges, but they replaced them immediately without question. My second order costing £50 has just arrived, and inside was a free gift worth £15. From a customer service perspective I am extremely impressed and grateful that they value their customers, which is totally unique these days. The taste and longevity of the cartridges is also excellent, so well done guys and keep it up.

I've been using v2 for two and a half years. Their products have helped me to stop smoking cigarettes completely after being a smoker for over 30 years. I've tried a few different products. Classic and ex series and have recently bought an xeo void which is great. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced anywhere and I'm hard to please! Easy to order, efficient and fast delivery and I've only had a couple of problems with batteries which they've replaced without question. Five stars to a great company. Thanks for everything 😁

I have had nothing but excellent service from V2. I struggled to find anything that matched my former cigarettes until I found V2. They are superb and made the change from cigarettes to e cigarettes so easy. I use the pre filled cartridges with the battery as they are less bulky than the vape pen and to me feel more like a real cigarette. The company I cannot fault and are extremely helpful and once an order is placed it is sent out immediately. I genuinely would not use anyone else

Very quick to respond when answering my queries on the live chat. They were very friendly and helpful. My order arrived the very next day, which is very impressive considering there can be delays with the corona virus. I find the cartomisers and batteries are very good quality and love the cherry flavour. They might be a bit pricey but I do feel you get what you pay for! I'm a happy customer :)

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I telephoned the office with a technical query that was fully answered by very able staff, courteously and quickly. Before thanking them and putting the phone down, I was offered a discount code for use on the site if I wished to place an order, despite being an existing customer. I placed my order in the afternoon. My order arrived the next morning. The V2EX build quality and long battery life is excellent, the taste of the liquid isn’t too sweet and the overall vaping experience is great value for money. ordered the ex shisha pen pack last week and it arrived in 2 days to my flat. i live in manchester so i was happy with the quick delivery. it delivers a SOLID hit which was surprising given the relatively low powered battery (compared to high powered vaporizers/mods on the market). taste is subjective but for me the v2 e-liquids are top 3 (or top 5 in worst case scenario) on the market...which is also surprising given that there are many companies that only make e-liquids, while v2 isnt an e-liquid only company. generally i have found that companies that focus solely on e-liquids have a better product but v2 is an exception.

Excellent service. Products are really top quality. Even next day delivery if you order before 4pm monday to thursday/friday weekend takes longer. Customer service is very good too. Well packaged. I tried V2 about 18 months ago, after 20 years of smoking cigarettes. I haven’t touched a cigarette since and am always happy with the product and delivery. In those 18 months I have had one problem with a faulty battery and this was dealt with within 24 hours, and in a friendly and efficient manner. Great service.

I had been a client of V2 UK for almost two years and can say that thanks to customer service represented by their managers like Ms Ruth is worth having them as your suppliers. Best menthol liquid on the market and v2 pro series 3 as the best vape device.

Smoking for 30 years. All sorted by V2. Tried a few brands, they were not very good. Now I use the Pro 3 to vape tobacco to replace my (much needed) first thing in the morning cigarette with my coffee then vape all day with my Ex-Blank and Congress e liquid or simply switch to my eliquid refill on my Pro 3.
