Best vape shop in the city. Merlin always has time for each customer, is always friendly, and is extremely knowledgeable. No hard sell here, just good friendly advice, and a feeling that they do actually care about their customers. No question too big or small. Would highly recommend.

Went in there because I decided to quit smoking but I knew nothing about vapes. Ended up leaving with a vape I knew was highly recommended from visits to other stores, the staff also took the time to explain the settings to me on multiple occasions (I'm forgetful) and what kind of coils I'd need. The vapes and all the vape liquids are really well priced and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Very good shop, was using disposable pens then decided to buy the drag s. The guy who was serving was 10/10 recommended juices based on what flavours I told him I’d like & nicotine strengths based on how much I smoked. Prices are top quality too.

I found the staff very nice and helpful. The juices are more expensive but I have tried other vape shops who are cheaper who do not match up to Ecig wizards quality and taste. You even get a loyalty card with a good point system. Recommended.

We visited several vaping stores on the day and the service we received from Ecig was beyond fantastic. Another store was frankly rude and insulting. The same cannot be said for Ecig. The gentlemen who helped my misses was so patient and understanding and did everything in his power to meet her needs. He made sure we had the best possible service and got the best deal based on her needs. We where in there nearly an hour (2nd visit) and not once did he get impatient. We walked out beyond pleased and with true value for money. This is where all our vape goods will be bought on from now no.
