A little gem upstairs we didn't know about, if you play magic or similar then it's well worth a visit. The guy behind the counter was welcoming, super friendly and chatty, and knew his stuff. The shop was well stocked with a good range to choose from.

I was in the Plymouth Store upstairs on Sunday 8th October in the card section with my friend. Unfortunately my friend had an epileptic episode. The 2 gentlemen who were upstairs working were both amazing, they cleared the floor and stayed with me asking questions to make sure my friend was okay, offering to ring an ambulance if needed and provide water and anything they could. I would like to commend the 2 of them for staying calm and helping as much as they did! Thank you both very much!

I phoned to ask advice about a radio control car which we had bought as a present for a young family member who lives near Plymouth. We had bought the car elsewhere but a part seemed to be missing and I was trying to sort it out from my home in Hampshire! The chap in the shop was really knowledgeable, and his suggestions resulted in our being able to track down the missing part. Very impressed with his kindness and helpfulness.

Excellent service with a wide range of quality models from various manufactures small to large scales kits. Ideally this would suit individuals wanting to start off as novice and progress further intermediate to professional..

Good little modle shop with helpful and friendly staff. Prices are on the steep side but it's a niche market I suppose so they can get away with it. I go in for a treat sometimes but to do this as a proper hobby you will be left with a very empty bank balance.

Great staff and got my first model from here recently. Talked to the staff about the best approach to starting off, explained what I'd be intrested in ans helped me pick a model to start off with. Fab little shop. Certainly a good bet if you want to get started or even if your heavy into the hobby.

Antics is one of the few hobby shops left in Plymouth, downstairs is model trains sets, RC cars, model kits, paints, building materials and lots of other things. Upstairs is somewhere I don't go. It's full of playing cards, D&D related products, and other worlds that people create in their minds. The staff are all friendly and will do what they can to help.

An excellent model shop, that carries most of your modelling needs, also Corgi diecast model range, I use their click & collect service, order on the web & pay & collect in store, this is a free service, unlike a lot of other companies.... Staff very helpful, & I found if they don't stock something, they will do their up most to get it, being a family business, they put themselves out more.... Prices are much cheaper than a lot of internet sites I've found.... Will definitely be using more often now....

For me this little shop really says something in that it stocks plenty of model kits from scenics to military planes tanks etc etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's not all that big but I really love it

Started coming here for Yugioh tournaments recently - incredibly friendly atmosphere, even for a beginner, and well run. Will be returning here plenty of times!

Brilliant small model and hobby store - local staff that are very friendly. They range airfix, games workshop, D&D, Privateer press, Flames of War, Uh gi oh, World of Warcraft, Fantasy flight games, Magic the gathering, RC cars, helicopters & boats etc air guns, hand and bespoke models for many military and historic collections, paints, brushes, tools, glues etc and much more. The store is split into two levels with table top, board and card games all upstairs, which also has tables for playing. Not much more to say, great place. Give it a go.

Smart, social hub, lots of varied hobbies catered for with some competitive pricing and with differing evening events in the back area to be a part. Only qualm is they can seem to show preferential treatment to regulars.

Good shop. I get the impression that they are not so knowledgeable on model railway electrics. Some parts cheaper on the internet but you have to pay postage.
