Been to aquanauts twice now they are professional friendly knowledgable and in my opinion one of the best dive shops/clubs/ instructors in Devon and Cornwall. Spoke to Sam today who was so helpful and a joy to ask help from. I won’t be a stranger to these guys 🥰

Fair play to Aquanauts. Been buying from them for a while now. Had a 18 ish month old Orca D520 fail on me inside a wreck. They got it sorted for me and the new one just arrived. Can’t fault their service and also returns policy. This is the reason I will continue to buy from them.

Brilliant company. I recently purchased an APEKS 500M dive watch from a different online dive store. I was contacted the next day to be informed they actually didn't have one in stock and couldn't get anymore as Apeks were currently shut (fair enough in these times) I asked for a refund and started to look else where when I discovered Aquanauts. They were showing one in stock but to avoid the same scenario twice I thought id put in a quick call. It was a Saturday so wasn't sure anyone would answer but to my surprise a very cheerful and helpful chap answered the phone and was extremely helpful I explained what had happened and he mentioned in the current situation he was only popping into work a few days a week but was sure he had one and if that wasn't the case not to worry as Apeks were still very much open and regardless if I placed my order he would get me one. Well its now Tuesday and I've just received my watch (on a DPD 24 hour service I didn't pay for ) I'm absolutely over the moon. This is the best customer care/experience I've had in a long time as you can see by my previous reviews I don't write them often but just felt so happy and pleased by the whole experience I felt it necessary. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OR LOOKING FOR A GENUINE REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE BUY WITH TOTAL CONFIDENCE. THERE BRILLIANT!!!

Myself and my daughter rented full gear and 2 tanks each for a day of diving this past Sunday. A couple of the other local dive shops had given me conflicting information and 1 turned out to be closed even though I had confirmed 2 days earlier. Luckily for us, Alex at Aquanauts helped us out with all our gear needs and local information about shore dives taking into account local weather conditions and tides. I can’t recommend Aquanauts enough and we will certainly be returning here for our next dive day. Most of the equipment was nearly brand new and all was in great condition. When renting dive gear you want to feel that the people providing the service are competent and put safety first. Great job guys and thanks for sharing the local knowledge.

I needed a new computer and, as it happened, a new transmitter. Aquanauts had the lowest prices and a rapid service. Despite me being a bit of an idiot with respect to delivery, aquanauts were helpful, friendly, professional and courteous throughout. I'd have told myself to get lost. They helped me out. Great service from a great outfit.

After looking on the internet for places to go for a decent snorkelling wetsuit it didnt seem like there was much to choose from however im glad i went to aquanauts as the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was a decent price for what i bought so overall very happy.

Incredibly friendly dive shop that offers all kinds of fills and equipment. Big selection in their online shop, too. Accessible via boat if you ask the harbour masters nicely.
