I love BnM but today (and every other time I have visited, come to think of it) I, and many other customers, have had to queue for a very long time due to staff cut backs. I was tempted to return everything to the shelves but needed a couple of things. They will lose customers, if this keeps happening.

First time visiting a B&M store Big plus for the wide range of goods on offer, prices are OK although many are cheaper elsewhere and for this store with Tesco, Lidl and Matalan on the same retail park that is a big issue. Having said that I found some really great decorating products including a special set of tools to do all those awkward bits when painting at a 'disposable' price and have already been back for a second set for another room. The message here is that there are real gems to be found - plenty of reasonable price stuff and a few things you'd be better off getting elsewhere. Overall happy with the store apart from the awful queue organisation - some kind of structure or guidance would be good here to avoid the tension and annoyance of the current free for all

I waited in the queue about 20 min.. Only 2 tills were open! They were very slow!!!!!! I don't go to this shop because of this!!! Prices are good!

I checked online to see if something was in stock and apparently the item was well stocked. Went down there and they didn't have it. Staff clueless. I ended up getting it from a different branch. It was also unbearably hot and I couldn't wait to leave but unfortunately I was in a long queue because they were short staffed or poorly managed tills.

A store which sells pretty much everything. Some things you can’t get elsewhere. Certainly cheaper on quite a few products than the major stores but you can see a lot of their products are slightly smaller in size as well.

Always a bit cluttered, can usually find what you need. Looks a bit sorry for itself but it is a bargain basement type store. Whether you need dog food, wallpaper, birthday cards or a tin of mushy peas, you'll find it here.

I even found some diet bars for my other half! 😁

This type of store is always handy to have nearby. Usually you get what you need at a relatively low price. I went there knowing what I wanted and achieved that. In fact I got a good deal. For me at this store there was only one problem. They had moved the shelving so you had to go the full length of each isle. The centre walkway was gone. Can't see why they needed to do this. Health and safety issue I'd have thought. But this is only my opinion. They may gateway reason for this. But all in all good stuff

The staff at this b and m are so friendly and thoughtful. I wanted to buy a small wooden unit but couldn't lift it. Ian, the store manager couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Not only did he take it to the check out but carried it to my car and loaded it in for me. I'm delighted with it and yes I did manage to assemble it myself. Love b and m❤️❤️❤️

At first glance you'd think you're getting a good deal on most products until you look closer and realise tins/packets/bottles are actually smaller than usual. A few good novelty gift bits and bobs to be found though. Staff are pleasant. Good layout. No public rest room.

This store is brilliant value for money and you have everything you want all under one roof. Ranging from pet supplies, grocery cupboard fillers, bedding, birthday stuff, tools and even alcohol.

Staff can be hit n miss but there are some friendly and helpful ones there. Can get very busy and parking can be a problem as not much room but if you can walk, park in the Tesco car park and walk up. Plenty of choice at low prices. Most items are good quality. Bought a floating shelf but it floated to the floor. The screws and fixtures were not sufficient to hold it so I bought two small brackets and attached the shelf that way instead.

Great selection of home stuff, toys, tools and some unique seasonal items. They sell good food and sweets and even have the classic US imported sweets like chocolate pretzels and Reece's peanut butter chocolates. All at a great price, most stuff cheaper here than shops in town. Staff are really helpful and happy to show you where anything is and quick on the tills. Great addition to the area. Only problem is location, that retail park can get bottlenecked with vehicles at peak times!

I must admit that I do love this store. Outside normal day to day shopping, this is probably the best store I enjoy visiting. I understand that they are not as big as the Saltash store and don't hold as much stock, besides that I still loves to visit this site. I always spend £30+.

I can't praise this store enough. It was a godsend in the early pandemic days. I found loo rolls, pasta and tinned food when I couldn't find them anywhere else. I now buy pet food,crisps, biscuits ect there. I used to go once in a blue moon, now I go once a week. I took a faulty item back and they refunded my money no quibbling.

Its large, well laid out store that stocks a huge range of home wares, food, toiletries, stationary, furniture, small appliances, garden equipment and more, all at really good prices. I always come out with way more than I went in for!

Friendly staff, tidy stock and a good product range, everything from tea coffee and sweets to beer, bbq's and paint. The store has a wide variety of products. Most B&M stores have stock scattered over the floors by 2pm, this one actually is tidy! Worth a visit if you like a bargain.

Large, well light warehouse style store stocking food (mainly ambient) tins and packets etc, beverages like tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and alcoholic drinks. Some clothes and household flatpack furniture, along with car, diy, large kids toy/activity section and seasonal goods. Busy store most of the time with friendly staff but i always find prices missing on items or the shelve and having to ask the helpful but busy staff about prices.

B&M is fab for a bargain, especially with children's toys etc at Christmas time. Probably one of few shops to offer prices that are competitive with even online stores. Buy the same thing from a different shop and you'll pay considerably more. You won't get everything you want here, but it's worth venturing to for the odd few things if you want to save some pennies.
