Fantastic service from all the team in Crown Plymouth. Initially the wrong paint was mixed (machine error not the staff). The team then took 2 days trying to rebalance the mix, when they realised this was not possible the manager allowed one of the team (Mitch) to come out to my property to discuss how to move the issue forward. It was decided that a superior paint would work best and Mitch went away and mixed the new colour before returning with the new product. The service was outstanding and really appreciated and the new paint has made a big difference to the overall project. Thank you to the whole team, Mitch, Miriam and Ian, you all went above and beyond.

The staff are amazing. I have tested them to their limits with questions (being a woman on my own) and nothing is too much trouble. I have always found Ian honest and offers good deals on stocked decorating products and tools. Miriam is very knowledgeable on paint products and always helpful and friendly. The store itself is spotlessly clean and keeps a huge range of specialist paint products that our business needs.
