Good, friendly staff who were knowledgeable and not overbearing. Simulator to help you choose the most comfortable 'type' of mattress. It calculated pressure points and suggested different firmnesses of mattress.

Very impressed, as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Jane, not pounced on either which is something that frustrates me usually. Jane was warm and welcoming and her product knowledge was exceptional. We got exactly what we wanted, a mattress, but before we went into the shop we had no idea which one we wanted/needed... Jane quickly helped us with this and the Sleep Match technology is really useful! Overall very happy.

Really good. Very helpful and friendly staff would definitely recommend.The two ladies that helped me were brilliant. I went to the branch at coy pool retail park, Plymouth. Jane and the other lady there ( unfortunately dont know her name) were brilliant. The other lady explained the differences in the mattresses and her knowledge was first hand!! Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Left with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much ladies.

We purchased a new mattress today, excellent service, no pressure through the store, a very pleasurable experience. We spend just over budget, but with the good value extended guarantee it was to good an offer to turn down. Above all in these strange times, the social distancing was all in place, hand sanitiser and free face mask if required, we were offered a free bottle of water as tea/coffee refreshments are nit allowed to be served. We was going to shop around, but we found what we wanted with the help of Laura our assistant, and because it was so pleasurable and not pushy, we signed on the dotted line. Highly recommended..

Excellent experience, Laura was a very knowledgeable, polite and efficient salesperson who ensured we were aware of all available options and guided us through the various mattresses available and the bed frames to match. A very positive experience. COVID precautions were all in place and in use.

Greeted as soon as we came in the door. Massively helpful and had great knowledge on everything. This was something I thought was going to be stressful but the salesman made it so easy and stress free to pick out the perfect mattress. Would highly recommend! Even got a brew and biscuit, always a bonus.

The member of staff Jane was very attentive and knowledgeable and went out of her way to suggest products suited to our needs, in particular as I mentioned having neck trouble. She also clearly uses the products herself at home which is encouraging.

Went in to look at rise and recline beds for my wife & my self. Staff asked if we needed help, and we were left to look around. Then Paula came over to answer some questions, and was very helpful & friendly. Answering questions that we had and spent time showing us what they had to offer. Ps made a nice cup of tea.

Purchased bed,mattress, head board and Tempur cloud pillow.Good quality, should be for the price. Waited the designated time 20 days for delivery. The bed mattress and headboard arrived on time, the delivery men were spot on a really nice couple of chaps. We did not get the pillow which also was not cheap, so phoned the store,answer machine, phoned again answer machine, third time same again this time left a message for them to call back,they never did. So this time called head office and was dealt with instantly.They informed me they should have given my wife the pillow on the day of the purchase 20 day's ago. So the following day my wife went to collect it,36 miles and 1hour 20.Not good.5 stars for the delivery men who came all the way from Andover.
