I've just received my futon and I am enjoying it a lot! Very comfortable and excellent quality. It doesn't sink when you lay down which is great for my back condition. The customer service was great from the moment we've bought it until the delivery day. Beautiful, top quality mattresses and tatamis-- and great costumer service. We ordered a set of monk futon bed roll mattresses and folding tatamis to create two guest beds. From initial queries to sort out the appropriate combination, to the final delivery, Peter offered the best costumer care I have experienced from a furniture company. The order arrived on time and was delivered straight to our flat--absolutely no hassle. The tatamis are of extremely good quality. The make is beautiful and they fold away nicely into a carrier fabric bag. The mattresses are comfy and fresh, perfect for guests, and they roll into compact bundles that you can secure with the velcro straps provided.

Love, love, love! I bought the Loft Living Tatami Set, and I can honestly say that I've never slept so well. Its been life-changing! High quality and comfortable, my back pain seems to have disappeared. I'm so happy I made the decision to purchase these as they are not only great-looking and very comfortable but also flexible. Brilliant personal attention to detail from Peter, although there were a few delivery issues from the courier company he was constantly in touch leaving me fully up to date with what was happening. The Innovations Sofa Bed is brilliant, well worth the wait on the lead time and I managed to assemble it all on my own - quite proud of that! It comes in two pieces as well so as we were putting it upstairs it was easy to move (obviously didn't do that bit on my own!) . Initially it looks scary, but step by step I really isn't that hard ... just take a deep breath when you attach the buttons :o) ... I would highly recommend Futons247 to anyone looking for a sofa bed or futon. I am not local to them (about 5 hours away), but found exactly what I wanted on line and got some very helpful advice and guidance from Peter before I placed my order. This gave me great confidence in ordering such a piece of furniture without actually seeing it in the flesh. What a find! In an age of click and collect or make your choice and see what arrives, it was a real pleasure to discover Futons247 on the web. We knew we were up against it trying to discover a full width double bed futon, that would pull out from the front and not require side or rear access - but they had not one but two to choose from.
