D. L.I am just getting back in to sewing and have come in here for fabric and other bits. Having not done any sewing for nearly five years my knowledge is a bit rusty. However the ladies here are super helpful and nothing is ever too much bother. All staff are lovely, especially the ladies working in the fabric area late afternoon of Saturday 8th January.

M. G.A very useful store with a wide range of haberdashery and nice quilting fabric basics. It doesn't stock high end dressmaking fabric but it will likely have everything you need in terms of core sewing supplies. Helpful staff. Seems to have improved it's dressmaking range recently.

K. M.Great habby shop. It has a lot of different tools, equipment, materials for lots of textile needs and crafts. Quite a big shop too and the only one in Plymouth I was told. Didn't have the range of size knitting needles I needed sadly, hence a 4. I wanted size 2.5mm needles for sock knitting, not so unusual....? Good to see such a nice shop though.
