It's worth saying that I highly recommend you try all of their smoothie range! The blend of crushed ice and thick strawberries is fantastic. But it seemed that on several occasions, my glass, wasn't filled to the brim. A prudent choice would be the hot drink with chocolate. Because he brought me a very bad experience. But when I brought it home it was so thick that I couldn't even swallow it. A chubby staff member was also cute.

Shake away is so good! I can remember having it when I moved in August of 2021. I had the Dave I think it’s called and it was so good! Warning though if you are going to have shakeaway don’t eat before. You WILL feel sick.

pretty greate place they had a very wide selection of milkshakes, including ones i have never seen before there wasnt much of a cue and the wait to get a milkshake was only about 3mins however it was a bit cold in there because of the front door always being open but overall great experance and would recommend trying it out.

The shakes are absolutely gorgeous, staff were lovely and place was very clean. The only let down was the lack of chairs. Being registered disabled I was hoping to have it whilst having a rest. Some chairs inside would make a big difference.

Always love a shakeaway. Same classic as it's been. The team are helpful & kind. Attentive & knowledgeable. Not cheap but not expensive. The seasonal menu is nice to check out regularly to see new suggestions

The lady at the till accidentally heard me incorrectly when I was ordering, however that was my fault completely as I struggle with ordering things due to anxiety. They fixed the mistake really quickly and were very understanding and kind. The milkshake was also really really tasty! 11/10 would reccomend :)

One of the best places to sit down and have a drink available in Plymouth. The staff are always extremely friendly and the quality of the milkshakes is amazing. There's a whole range of different flavours available so you never end up with the same thing twice. Fast and efficient service too which is rare to come by nowadays.

Felt nostalgic and went through my old Pictures from my Navy Days 10 years ago. wondered if my favorite Shake store is still open, and would you look at that. bloody 10 years later, still going strong. one day i'll come back to Plymouth and get my last stamp on my Shake Card for my free milkshake. the fact i havent forgotten about that store after 10 whole years, should speak for its quality. best regards from Germany.

Excellent shakes that taste great but one guy working on his own on a sunny Saturday afternoon was just ludicrous. 15+ minute wait with 10+ customers waiting to be served, many of which just walked out after waiting so long.

The shakeway have some lovely milk shakes but some not so nice if you ask one of the staff they might be able to give u a taster.before u buy!staff are very good and friendly.

Shake wasn't blended enough on this occasion which was evident due to large pieces of diam bar being left in the bottom. There was also a bit of a wait after order due to lack of staff. But it was pretty tasty when I got it...

We love shakeaway, it's normally our last stop on the way back to the car. Great selection, somethkng for everyone, only complaint would be the wait time on occasions. Last week it took over 20 mims of queuing just to order our shakes. I'm not sure I'd bother if the queue was that large again

Ordered an aero mint bubble shake. Was all right, needed more flavour in my opinion and should have put more aero bubbles in. Does what it says on the tin, expect a queue/wait though.
