Great little shop, felt very welcomed at the Plymstock (Broadway) branch. I was greated by the store manager Julia who was extremely helpful, and Monique who works there was amazing and very helpful with me, made my experience very easy and positive. Definitely recommend! Outstanding service!

I called up due to running out of dog food, the delivery date wasn't until wednesday and this was a monday. Nothing was too much trouble, they said I would have my dog food by the end of the day. Rose was a gem for delivery this herself and what a surprise to find a get well soon card to myself. Excellent place and staff are FANTASTIC.

A good pet shop on the Plymstock Broadway. Millie my dog makes a beeline for it knowing that she will always get a welcome and a treat when she goes in. A good range of high quality items always in stock or they can order in if required. 5 stars from Millie!
