Brilliant range of products, and the Christmas stuff is absolutely beautiful with loads to choose from. Great pick and mix with dog friendly sweets, treats and chews! Took our 1yr old Borderjack in for a harness, ever so gentle with him as it was his first time in the store. We could try different ones and also got our chiahuahua one. Excellent customer service, dogs got a treat and ball aswell.

Wow such a helpful place with great staff. Went in to grab a new coat for the dog, but we where helped thebminture we went in till the moment we left. They offered treats to the dog, answered all our questions especially our 8 year olds questions, let us try on coats and keep the one on the the dog liked. Great place will definitely go and tell friends to go too as well. Thanks guys x

Best Pet Shop in Devon! The Pet Express is such a great shop and dog grooming studio! Take my puppy here as a treat whenever he is visiting! There is a huge selection of food, toys, treats, clothes and more. There is also a large section for cats and other animals. The staff are very knowledgeable and there are usually lots of offers on too!

My Local Pet shop is lovely. All staff are very friendly and helpful, even the dog gets a little treat sometimes! Well stocked up and lots of choice. My family have Been coming hear for several years with our past Rabbits, hamsters and now Dog. 😂The screaming Chihuahua Jessy😂

Love this pet shop, mainly because DOGS ARE WELCOME. The layout is spacious, so if you have a reactive dog like I do, then this shop wont be a problem. Due to the fact you have plenty of space and early warning as you can see another dog enter, so can keep at a distance. So No more unexpected surprises of other dogs down a narrow shopping aisle, as there are none! Perfect l

This store is ideally situated close to the city centre, and shares a relatively large free car park with a hair dressers suppliers and an Aldi. It carries a large range of pet supplies, but a disappointingly small range of items if you have a cat.

Worth a visit. Decent selection of branded dog toys. Natural treats are good. Loses a star because at times the stock levels are low and quite variable. Last visit a lot of dog toys missing from the wall as I think they were starting to put out Christmas stock? More puppy chew toys would be good.

Brilliant place to visit for all your pet needs, staff very helpful and treat your pet if you take them like their own. My dog love's one of the staff so much and is very excited to see her every time he goes and she loves to see him and gives him treat's and makes a big fuss of him every time we go. The only pet shop we would go to for all our needs, they always have very good advice and always show their love for animals. Would definitely recommend to all that are thinking of going. Puppy parties were a god send for getting our little French bulldog the socialising he needed. Always helpful and rang every week to see if we needed to come. Great range of different products and always really helpful. Nice to buy from smaller shops like this instead of big chains

Took the dog here to bathe him. Their tubs are at a comfortable height and they provide everything; shampoo, brushes/combs and towels in addition to a very good warm air blow drier. At just under £10 - bargain and less stressful for the dog. I'll be back.

Great shop for pets of all kinds and they stock only the best things for your pet (no cheap harmful rubbish foods etc.) Good quality items (I own a pretty big dog (35kg) who likes to go rough with her toys and they stand the test!) A wide open shop with very staff, i particularly love the dog washing facilities, for a reasonable price you can wash your own dog with all soap, towels and dryer provided or for just a couple pound more a member of staff will do the job for you.
