A. S.After deciding we’d like to upgrade our inefficient wood burner we took a trip across to Preston from Lancaster to see Charlie at Gillibrands. As we like to support British makers and brands Charlie was able to lean on his vast knowledge and suggested a Woodwarm stove. After going through our options and seeing one working in his shop we agreed on an install date and the fitter arrived on time as promised. Charlie even came round and then showed us how to get the best out of our stove. All in all a fantastic service which I can not fault. We were so pleased with the service that we contacted Charlie again to supple the stove for our Shepherd’s hut just outside Lancaster.
