D. W.Great little shop. Well stocked with nice clear and well lit displays. Simon behind the counter knows his stuff and is very helpful
P.Went into the shop today for the 1st time to upgrade my vape from an Amazon cheap stick to something that does the job and properly.. Guy in the shop was very helpful explaining the different types and told me which one would be best for me. I am really pleased he sold me what I need and not just the most expensive one. Highly Recommended.

m. b.Excellent customer service from the manager Rosie who new everything about everything. Didnt push us into buying expensive un-needed products. Just starting vapeing after 20 years of 30 cigs a day. Havent had 1 for 7 days and counting. Will be in the Earley branch again.
