Recent visit to pic up a Christmas door werth and lights. Which came to less that a fiver. Picked up some rechargeable battery's as well for a few pound to!

Liked the birthday decorative stuff and disposable cups and plates, also found some quality toddlers' bath toys and beach bucket, though not everything is for one pound but very good for value especially kids' play equipment and many daily life's accessories are also great value for the price

Always have a good range of goods. Only negative is that a a lot of the goods are more than a £1 so can get very confusing and the prices of these items are usually not clearly shown so you don't realise until you get to the till

A great store with great bargains but lacks number of staffs on the shop floor to help customers. The same story is on self checkouts - there’s no one in sight in case customer needs assistance! The product choice and variety is excellent and vast.

Absolutely lovely lady on the checkout, so cheerful and happy, she really lifted spirits. Good selection of items available, some not expected too. Unfortunately full of people practically rubbing shoulders and having no idea about personal space. Good for cheap clothes.

Very neat store, was nice and quiet when I went 9.30am, friendly helpful staff, good stock levels and this Poundland has a small clothing clothing section. Nice to see they are also encouraging to keep wearing masks so felt very safe too.

A cheap and cheerful bargain centre for numerous odds and ends that you may need, as well as every day food and household items. Pay a visit!

The shop is clean, with a good variety of items. The opening times can be slightly broader than other stores, which I appreciate. I don't have to rush as much. Sometimes it can take a while to find specific items. There doesn't seem to be much order and some items change location often. The opening times can also be tricky as they close 10 minutes before what they said they do. I was rushing and needed one item and was not allowed in the store as the closing time was in 10 minutes. This has never happened to me in other stores, if you arrive before the closing time, you are supposed to be sorted in. I only wanted an item and would have been out before they closed (I had 10 minutes). However I ended up going to a nearby shop with the same closing time which allowed me to get in. I was out in less than 5 minutes and before the actual closing time. Something to keep in mind if you are shopping a little later.

It's OK. It does get busy at times, and there is usually a long queue at checkout. Staff wise, I haven't interacted with staff, only see them at checkout.

Good mix of products. Can be a bit random and always check to see if can actually get products cheaper here or somewhere else locally. Often has random products cannot find anywhere else. New chocolate bars or crisps often stocked that I've not seen anywhere else.

Love it in poundland get loads for your money. Today I had lots of items and the alarm kept going off at the checkout because of the packing. The assistant came over and said whatever it was I swore in a joking manner not at her she said don't swear I said oh sorry did I swear. Just as well she doesn't work as I do for the building trade she wouldn't last a minute. I felt it unnecessary she even said it. Apart from that my trip to shop was brilliant.

You can find anything in this poundland I've literally bought all my bowls and cutlery for uni here and it's super cheap for like three full sets of plates bowls etc. Great range of snacks and is comparitively better than any of the similar shops around it. You can get pic n mix sweets for like £1 too lol!
