Recently opened, friendly staff and wide range of stock to sell. Wide alleyways for wheelchairs users. Large free car park and outside bench seats available. No hand sanitizer and no customer toilets available in this store or any of the surrounding stores within this retail park. This may change when the new food store is built nextdoor. No available cafe'. At the back of the store there is a wonderful selection of garden items and nicely priced for your pocket 🤸 There are many trolleys of put backs for staff to do, as customers pick up items, then for unknown reason decides not to buy at the tills, the staff are working extremely hard to replenish the stock items. Recommend you visit and find some quality bargains 👀😁👌 🌲 Christmas stock already on sale here 🎄

Some of their prices are very good but they never seem to have enough tills open. They also don't have any self-service tills so checking out is always a lengthy process so be sure to factor that into not just how long it will take you to shop but whether or not it's worth the savings. Parking is free at this Hedge End store.

I went on a Monday lunch time so that might have been the reason for a lot of the shelves being empty. There was stock sat in front of the shelves making it difficult to get to what they did have. We were kitting out my daughters first house and would of spent a lot more money than we did. However the queues at the checkout moved quickly and all the staff I spoke with were very pleasant.

Not as big as the Fareham version, the outside area was filled with stock waiting to be stacked inside which made getting around more difficult. Items on shelves with no relevant price information displayed was frustrating especially as limited check outs were open.

Went there on Sunday 6/2/22 to get my Daughters bits for her new apartment which consisted of 4 trolleys worth of goods . I was blown away with the customer service myself and my mum received. In particular a woman called Jo who arranged for extra trolleys for us as we didn't bring any extra £1 coins . Throughout our 2 and a half hour shopping trip . She asked if we were getting on ok There was also a young girl I didn't get her name but she had beautaful green hair and she and Jo made our shopping experience really pleasurable.

Who doesn't love a B&M!?! Great bargains, well stocked and friendly staff. I love a visit here. Parking available. Beware of your purse/wallet though.....I always seem to be at least £20-£30 down on exiting the store, even if I go in with no list!!! 😳😂😂😂 Seriously though, visit and see what I mean!

When it opened well stocked and clean now in a very different state. Still got lots of spaces on the shelves so no improvement, guess they will blame covid. These people have no idea on customer service one till open very long queue not for the first time I add.

Been here before on many occasions but I have never been when they are in the middle of stacking the shelves. Large metal cages left in every aisle blocking the displayed goods. Sadly, a lot of the aisles were empty too. Disappointed.

Some bargains to be found, but some groceries and foods are dearer than in other supermarkets. The biggest negative is that there always seem to be few tills open, and there is always a slow moving queue to pay.

Love a good b&m shop! Was soo happy to have one open closer to home. Shelves were kept well stocked on the first week but have since been pretty empty which is a shame but every shop has teething problems and im sure this will improve over time :-) lots of people saying theres not enough checkouts but if you put more in, we would have less stock to choose from which wouldn't be good! All i can say to anyone wanting to go, give it time, its still new and they'll find their feet in the area and will improve :-)

It's not somewhere I'd rush back to. Parking is a nightmare and you do have to queue to pay. The first time I went it was a 20 minute wait. The staff are nice though. I think I'll stick to the one in Newgate Lane, Fareham which has a dedicated car park.

Not as big as I'd hoped and doesn't have as many products as some but was speedy service and still a big range of products. It would be better if the aisles were a bit wider as it was so busy in there it was hard to move around to get to where you wanted

In Hedge End just off M27 j7 where Homebase used to be. A large car park that also caters for the likes of Curry’s & Lidl. This is a shop that has lots of things for sale, from garden stuff out the back, DIY, lamps, toys etc.
