My daughter and I visited Dress To Go after a couple of unsuccessful trips elsewhere. A distance from where we live but worth the travel. The staff are helpful, encouraging and patient. The range of dresses is extensive; something for everyone, no matter what size, shape or style desired. My daughter found a beautiful dress and cant wait to wear it later in the year. Had an amazing time and so much fun. Lots of dresses and were so helpful when it came to my budget. They took the measurements there and were able to order the dress in so everything was sorted. I chose Dress to go a the place I wanted to chose my prom dress from after hearing great things for one of my friends who got there last year! Even though, it was an hours drive there and back it was totally worth it! Everyone at Dress to go are so lovely and Freya who helped me pick my dress was so kind and patient with me! Dress To Go had every conceivable dress style and colour. So much choice! Daisy was on hand to help my daughter, she was friendly, kind and super helpful. After visiting another shop my daughter was a bit dubious about trying on dresses again. However this was a completely different experience which she absolutely loved and was put at ease straight away. The help, advice, the personal touch and getting 90 minutes to try on dresses to find the perfect one was brilliant. She couldn't decide on the day, and wasn't pressurised into making a decision so we went back a week later to retry her 2 shortlisted ones, from that she was then able to chose. Great communication via text as well.

My daughter was incredibly nervous looking for a dress and was very concerned with not picking a dress any of her friends had. We both walked into Dress To Go and were both immediately put to ease by the incredibly organised, calm and helpful staff. We were talked through the process, all dresses (of which there were many!) were checked against others girls that had already picked their dress who attend my daughters school. She tried on her top 3 and chose her special dress - we were both thrilled! When we collected the dress in her size the staff were yet again absolutely fabulous! Great personal experience for my granddaughter picking a prom dress. 1 and a half hour and a 1 to 1 personal assistant to help pick the perfect dress, the manageress also took time to make sure you are having the best experience and information on alterations etc. Dresses are all checked against the school so no duplicate dress will be worn.

I was surprised about the shop size. However, going inside was professional and well worth going 👌🏾. The staff were each dedicated to a school to assist, which I was very impressed by. My daughter had a great assist, Freya, to help her with the dresses she's chosen from 👗. Moreover, I was in a secluded mini fashion dressing room and I loved it! In my opinion there was only one missing element, I would have liked a cup of tea 🍵 😉! Nevertheless, the parking IS a nightmare 😫! I think Charlotte, the owner, is very professional and has a position attitude, which, made us feel welcome and comfortable to deal with the stress of choosing THE perfect dress!I also believe that her positiveness reflected on her staff cheerful attitude.👍🏾

My daughter was looking for a prom dress - something she had been looking forward to for probably about 10 years - and the whole experience was magical and exactly what she had been hoping for. The team are kind, friendly, exceptionally knowledgable and the selection of dresses is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this shop enough! A four hour round trip was 100% worth it for the level of service and of course the variety of dresses! Great organisation and at no point do you feel rushed. The staff can’t do enough for you. It’s no wonder people travel for miles to come here. My anxious daughter was immediate at ease in the friendly atmosphere and spacious changing areas. We have an amazing dress for her year 11 prom and we will definitely be returning for the year 13 prom dress! Visit with confidence knowing that you will leave a happy customer.

The staff make you feel very comfortable with every dress you try on and if you want a certain style or colour they will make sure to go and get it for you if it’s available for you to buy. You don’t feel as if you’re being rushed at any point when picking and trying on the dresses. Would 100% recommend, especially if you’re nervous about going.

The best part of this whole experience was that the ladies are all amazing and friendly, they make you feel special and work with you to find the perfect dress. It's not about the money. Would highly recommend for Prom Dress Purchase. A lovely experience from start to finish. Purchased dress back in Feb Half Term before Covid situation. Went back today after the reopening to collect my Daughter's dress. You are then given you own shopper who helps you pick out suitable dresses although you are pretty much left alone to do this yourself which is really nice but they are there to help when needed . We would like to thank all the staff and Charlotte for all there help in make our daughter prom day so special. For parent reading this we would advise to book an appointment to help in your choosing the right dress it also cut down on the stress. Also remember that all dress will need some adjustment but Dress to Go can help with a list of seamstresses but our advise is to book in early once you have your dress as this is the busiest time of the year for them. If there is any problems contact the shop and they will do all they can to help. They also have a collection of accessories like bags etc We had a small problem with our daughters dress and we contacted the shop by email and Charlotte the owner sorted this problem quickly and took away all of the stress. When we entered the shop we were made to feel so at easy and everyone were so helpful and nice, it made the whole experience so relaxing. The shop will phone you once your dress is in stock and then you can arrange to pick it up normally 14 days. We paid a deposit and the remainder of the balance when we pick the dress up. We cant thank the shop staff and Charlotte the owner enough they made our daughters day. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We highly recommended this shop and the staff !!!!!!!!!!

Their knowledge was amazing down to having listened to what my daughter was saying about each dress she tried on, both good and bad, to then knowing exactly what she would like. My daughter and I made an appointment and were not expecting much if I'm honest! She is quite particular and on first impressions we thought it would just be wasting everybody's time if we stayed. On first impressions there just wasn't anything that seemed to be to her liking. However, after listening clearly to my daughters description of what she was looking for, Charlotte miraculously started to take out dress after dress that looked almost identical to her description! I just couldn't believe that we hadn't seem them!! We were honestly amazed and before you knew it there were at least 10 dresses hanging up for her to try on! In the end we were spoilt for choice and the lovely Ella who was an absolute angel, was SO incredibly patient and knew exactly what to say, she is a real credit to your shop. Made my job as Dad so much easier for me. My daughter had been asking to go here, an hours drive away, for a while. I took her while her Mum worked. Dress to Go staff just took her of my hands while I sat and watched . They could not have been more helpful, friendly, professional without nearly there being any hint of a hard sale. Amazing shop with amazing young Assistants that help you immediately you walk through the door. My Granddaughter had no idea what to expect or the extent of choice.. she was a tad anxious but she loved the whole experience and I think having young Staff helps as they can connect with these young people, they are on their level and can be honest... Rosie was amazing and so patient. We had some lovely banter with her which I think also helped my Granddaughter to relax and actually enjoy it which makes for a lovely experience for these young girls (and their Mums and Nans). Thank you so much and thank you Rosie, you made what could have been an ordeal (not all girls want to be princesses), into an absolute pleasure and a Prom day that was ENJOYED and not endured.

Having been to quite a few dress shops looking for a prom dress & trying on over 30 dresses we finally ended up in Dress to Go. We needed only to go to 1 shop, this one. Make an appointment, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they're all very helpful & the selection of dresses is outstanding. There are dresses suit all budgets & the quality superb, we shall definitely be going here again for my sister wedding dress & bridesmaids + see you again in 2 years for the next prom dress. We booked an appointment a week in advance for a Wednesday after school which is advisable, so you get a changing room and assistant for an hour. Lots of choice, colours and styles. My daughter is not girly more gothy! She selected several to try on and Anita really helped in getting her to decide what she liked about each dress. Anita then selected a dress which was the one! Thank you for making the experience easy and simple.

Wow just amazing. So so helpful. When you need that bit extra size and your looking in the sale and you notice your daughter is getting disheartened so you go and ask the lady in charge and she steps in and finds a few for her and puts a smile back on her face. We tried a few on and more lol to find her style and colour and yes she said yes to the dress and it wasnt in the sale but it was ok. She did find another dress but she couldn't try it on as someone in her school already had it. The only thing we would say is phone and book the staff were amazing from the beginning to the end and i would definitely go back
