Customer service was second to none, Sue sent a personal email on receipt of my order to thank me for my order and outlining delivery details, right down to how it would be sent & what day to expect it ! She the updated me once posted with Parcel Force tracking info, and it arrived on time as promised. Probably the best service I've received from anyone for years. Many thanks to Sue, would recommend whole-heartedly.

B. B.If you have an addiction to buying fabrics or want to have a go at patchwork this is a shop I would recommend highly. Lovely helpful staff who know their stock and will take time to help you mix and match materials for patchwork. They also run a monthly meet up free of charge, with coffee, tea and choccy biscuits thrown in, to enable ladies to make quilts for Project Linus a very worthy cause that supplies quilts to sick children and babies in hospital. I would disagree with the person who posted about not buying a machine from a local shop as if you have problems your local sewing machine shop will put themselves out to help you. Buying on line or from a chain store you are on your own, unfortunately my first machine I did buy on line and ended up getting rid of it and buying locally where I got the help, advice and encouragement to have another go.
