This shop (and the staff in the shop) is literally my dog’s favourite place. We cannot walk past without him pulling to go in, they are so friendly and helpful in there. They have helped us fit a harness, given advice about chews and worming tablets, and here he is in his jumper that they fitted him into. Big thank you to all the staff in there.

I will admit that I did go to pets at home first to get a lead, harness and coat for my puppy. We didn't get any help at all so decided to try pets corner instead. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They said that they provide a coat fitting service. The young lady helped right through from finding a lead, fitting a harness and then a coat. Needless to say that they are definitely my new go to pet shop.

Best pets shop I have shopped in. The stuff are so knowledgeable and have a professional manner but yet so friendly I could speak to them all day! They make me laugh and smile when I need to get my cats food I would often go on my lunch as it gives me a break from work and they always make me feel good! They don't just check loads of sales at you but offer what is best for our animals other stores should copy what their guys are doing!!

Vicky, Rebecca and the rest of the team are always very friendly whenever I go in to get bits and bobs for my fish. Very knowledgeable staff who make an effort to get to know their customers, which makes a huge difference. Shop is always clean and tidy too!

So I made a visit to pets Corner in Bittern here and Southampton was greeted by Lauren at the shop which was outstanding customer service She was really polite and friendly as I had an issue with my full bengail cat over-grooming and losing his fur She made a suggestion about changing his food It was fantastic to know that I could speak to someone with a lot of knowledge and understanding what I'm trying to help and deal with my cat I would love this to be recognised And also helps me too Get rid of some little friends that kept on coming back ( aka fleas ) 10/10 As well as all the other staff there were also friendly and helpful at the same time

After visiting the store a couple of times, I would highly recommend. I was looking for advice on my 7 month old GSD from joint supplements, diet and treats. I can honestly say that Stephan is the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to. I explained my reasons for feeding a raw diet but also my concerns as well regarding bone content and ensuring that all dietary requirements were met. He explained all the options and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. He also explained that they do a delivery service online so I can get the complete raw diet delivered to my door. He also gave superb advice on joint care and preventative measures I can buy as GSD's are prone to joint issues. Again he explained all options, made recommendations without being pushy. It was really refreshing to visit a pet store that highly values the nutrition and has extremely knowledgeable staff and sells products based on this and not just the run of the mill products.

The staff are so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them & all of them are extremely knowledgeable. The store itself is clean and tidy. The only downside is the store is very hot, I'm surprised with all of the glass windows that after the refit air conditioning wasn't put in? I do feel sorry for the staff as I could see they were struggling.

Took in my parents outdoor Jack Russell that I'm boarding for this week and the two ladies were so helpful and made such a fuss. Really good advice on a more appropriate harness and how to get him used to it, and some calming treats to help with fireworks. Regardless of what else is in store (we didn't get that far!) the service from the two on the counter tonight was brilliant, and we'll be back tomorrow for more treats! Thank you both!
