Always have what we need, the staff are great nothing is too much trouble for them whether it's checking out back for stock or grabbing something off the top shelf. Always very clean and well organized, great baby section too.

Great as always. Only quibble os the female member of staff, not in uniform (so probably a supervisor) didn't know what stock they had of a main item and had to go and check. It was out of stock, but no out of stock signs were displayed. Never seen this when the regular male staff member is there.

Great range of stock, big store and plenty of parking available . Helpful staff and lovely atmosphere . Handy Burger King in the car park if you are hungry afterwards .

Highly recommended this place for everything but specific to us it was scooters! The staff were amazing and to hand with any questions. Nothing was a problem - we were able to try the scooters as many times as needed to be able to make the right decision. Huge thanks to Jackson specifically who was with us the whole way and helped us with every step. He was there to guide us through and make sure we got the right scooter for our little ones. Excellent service he's a credit to Smyths.

Very clean and modern store. Aisles were spacious and not cluttered like some other local smyths stores.(5 stars) 4 years later I'm afraid I'm giving a 3 star rating now. Most products we looked at didn't have a price on and the cashier may have well stayed in bed such a miserable person with an attitude.

It has been many years since I encountered such EXCELLENT customer service. Friendly staff, proactive, and with extensive product knowledge. I was blown away by them, they even put the staff of Liberty of London in the shade. As for product range, what can I say? Its incredible! This store should certainly be your first port of call when looking for toys, even the batteries were reasonably priced - when one expects them to be expensive!

Big fan of this place for Switch and Xbox games. They always seems to have really good prices and deals compared to The competition. Store is always spotless. Staff are a little indifferent though, which marrs a perfect score..... people are the most important thing about the experience.

Always friendly staff. Great stock available. Mostly for small kids but great for some older and even adults. Only problem is the variety of stock there is slim, it used to be more. Some products you can only buy online and some only in store

May I emphasise: where it says superstore, it means Superstore. This place is a huge multi floor paradise for your inner child. The toys that are available are well priced with great staff on hand should you get lost which you possibly could.

Store very modern. The only negative comment was the obnoxious member of staff who only reminded me of chunk from the Goonies. May be he should learn some diplomacy. He clearly knew nothing about the company of which he represented. Other staff very helpful which made the visit much more pleasurable.

Was expecting more deals, couldn't find anything that didn't look like a kinder egg toy for £5. If has cheaper I know others price match. Couldn't find lift to go upstairs with my buggy.

This Is a great place to shop, it's similar to toys r us but a bit smaller, they have the store separated into a boys section on the left half and a girls section on the right, there are bikes, trikes and ride ons on the far left, they have a huge selection of toys for all ages so it's a great place to do all of your Christmas shopping and shopping for your kids year round.

Excellent chouce and supply of bikes. The "Trolls" bike for Grandaughters birthday was tested in store and met with her approval. We also bought the horn and beads for handlebars which matched the colour lovely.

It massive and it's like a kids heaven it big on two floors and all the shelf's are filled up it is definitely bigger than toys r us in Portsmouth and has literally everything

Lovely store, however staff should know your refund policy at the checkout. If not at least try and find out as it was a question i asked. Staff in the store were extremely friendly and helpful.
