Amazing and friendly team, made me feel welcome and even shared tips and updated me on all I have missed in the world with Warhammer. Chris was incredibly helpful and friendly in particular, sharing painting techniques and giving me a run down on new game mechanics. On top of that everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and made me so glad I had went in that day.

The staff in here is what makes the place so good. They don't mind my many questions and are happy to share their knowledge on painting and modelling techniques, and they're all walking encyclopedias on the products they sell. I'd rather pop into the store than buy online, for sure!

Went in yesterday. Only just started the hobby and they were happy to help me pick the best paints a guides to use. And explain various bit and give alot of tips. Even explained to me what dry brushing was. Follow the covid guidelines better then 99% of the shops of been in aswell. Thanks guys!

Not the biggest shop but lovely staff! Spent over an hour talking to me, a complete newbie who just wants to paint, making me feel very welcome and walking me through a whole variety of options. Also very good covid precautions yet still letting you pick up the boxes to take a closer look (they disinfect everything) and limiting customers.

You wouldn't find any better customer service anywhere else! when I first started they spent a long time helping me out with decision making and selecting the best paints to go with a model. Great people! They do paint sessions to teach beginners how to paint, as well as game sessions to teach them the game. Great atmosphere and the music isn't too loud either! A great place for anyone trying to get advice on what to buy, or even just to know whether this might be something for you. Keep in mind the game and paint sessions are free and you get to keep the figure you painted!

If you like Warhammer these guys are great. Decent size shop with a good number of items out on tables or in display cabinets. Shelves always fully stocked so there is plenty of options available. The staff are always engaging and helpful and great to talk with as well as being really helpful to kids that are new to the hobby. A lot of Warhammer stores have become known for pushy sales but not these guys, they are helpful and provide advice without any pressure which means I am always happy to visit the store!

Stepping into a grimdark world i am unfamiliar with, i was nervous - but as soon as i walked over the threshold i was warmly greeted by the staff, any questions i had answered and any unasked questions were told. 10/10 I am now the owner of a Proud Tyranid army thanks to the staff

I brought my brother in here, so he could browse the figures and paint for said figures, the moment we walked through the door we were approached by a staff member who immediately put us in a game and commentated on the game very enthusiastically, I had never felt more welcome and full of joy, I will never forget that day, I don't even like the game.
