Easy to park car near to store, trolleys stored right outside the door and easy access. We were just after a few bags of decorative gravel and found it outside in the garden area. (Cheaper than Wickes and B&Q.).

Love B&m its like a modern day woolworths, can always get everything you want and sometimes even things you don't really need. Only down side is getting of the carpark, due to the poor traffic control at the mcdonalds drive through. That really needs sorting big time

One of my favourite places to shop 😍 usually well stocked so can find most things I'm after here. Good prices compared to other places and a massive selection of items from food to home furnishings and DIY. Bonus is the free parking although if visiting at a weekend the car park is horrendous to try and get off.

Can take a while to get off this site at rush hour as only one exit for busy retail park with a supermarket, mcdonalds, pet store and halfords all using the one exit onto a busy dual carriageway. REALLY needs another exit at the other end of the site

aisles are laid out like a maze forcing you to walk further than you may want to, theybate also blocking the Isles with baskets despite the fave that they have plenty shelf space, large decent garden centre connected, staff have been fine and there is plenty of parking...

We always go to B & M if we need any DIY or gardening items Tey always keep the shop clean and well stocked along with the pleasant staff it's very good. If I did have an issue it would be the car park considering the weight of many items there is only 4 disabled parking bays and able bodied drivers use them it either needs something done about such as check there's a valid Blue badge is displayed or add at at least another 8 bays for the disabled.

I agree with most people it is a great place to shop,they have everything under one roof but on my last visit in lock down I was shocked to see far too many people in there and no organisation whatsoever. I only went down 1 isle and made my escape a.s.a.p. didn't buy anything. the member of staff standing at the entrance was a complete waste of time, he couldn't have controlled the situation if he tried Won't be going again until absolutely sure were free of the virus

There is a wide range of products, everything under one roof which is convenient. They have a lot of cute Christmas decorations out at the moment. Lots of branded items very reasonably priced. There is a big car park which is convenient.

Shame about the long queues to pay every time we go and the terrible noises/alarm coming from the side doors that get ignored by staff. The staff also let down what is otherwise a useful store.

Nice range of house ware, DIY and electrical stuff - whatever you need, they probably stock it. Great for folks like me who struggle to make ends meet. Staff are pleasant & always helpful. No problems with returned items. I only hope they've stopped using unemployed people for free labour!

This has to be one of my favourite go and look round and not realise how much you are putting in the trolley! In all seriousness this is a great discount store that I use for all sorts from pet chews to garden lights and everything in between - there is always something to be found here. I like the larger stores that have the garden centres attached, especially in the summer months when I want to do my pots. They sell lovely pots and plants and they are good quality for the price. I have purchased household items here, but my favourite is a hot water dispenser (I have MS and this is my lifeline for a hot drink). I have bought candles through to curtains and never had reason to return any item. There is such a wide variety of items that change all the time and you could do some of your good shopping here whilst picking up your washing power and conditioner. I would have spent a lot more money had I not had this option, so if you have never been in, give it a go but be warned it’s addictive and you will find all sorts of things here.

This is a large B&M store which has lots of homeware, such as lighting, bed linen, pillows, mirrors etc. It also stocks toys and sweets. I arrived shortly after Christmas and it was full of great, cheap reduced Christmas decorations and lights. I my opinion the prices are very good (cheap). The staff here are very friendly and I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable in knowing where things are.

Fantastic visit to store on Saturday; once again the staff proved to be amazing, I wanted several bags of smokeless fuel. My nominee for gold star is CARRIE not only did she show me where extra stock was but helped load another cart. She took this to the checkout while I took my own trolley, she even helped transport goods to my car. B & M really do have the best trained staff who show personal initiative. Massive store, lots of competitively priced products including their outside/adjoined garden range. Easily get lost in here but lots of great friendly staff around, shame they didn't put some more on the tills as that's the only problem area. I don't know if it was a design flaw but considering how much space they have they should have more tills as it gets busy really quick. When it does get busy it takes too long to actually get around the building if you're disabled or have a pushchair with you as some people just ignore that you're there and waiting to get past, which means awkwardly apologising when they turn around.

I had a great experience, a young assistant helped me to get some plumb slate and grow bags, he pushed them to the check out and the car and unloaded them for me. He would not accept a tip as he said it was part of his job. How kind.

Just went to purchase a new wardrobe and it comes in 2 boxes, 1 box wasnt in the aisle so a worker called Melvin went and got the 2nd box needed. He proceeded to go above and beyond taping them when the box came open and then helped us get them to the tills and then helped us get them in the car aswell! Very happy! :D
