Awesome service ! I phoned to discuss ordering ten of the same model.... They did me a good deal on the order price, but sadly they hadn't got enough in stock. However, they happily ordered the rest from the supplier immediately and then shipped my whole order together. They even bumped the shipping up to DPD Next Day tracked ! From me first phoning them to talk about this, to the whole package arriving with me.... 72 hours !!! Incredible - many thanks !!! :-D

The staff made the extra effort to wrap them, still get them out on time, and kept me informed at all times on the status of the order. Have used eModels regularly since the start of the pandemic and service has been nothing less than exceptional. Excellent prices and brilliant service. Mixed review this one. Good selection of products in stock and reasonably priced compared to some other online retailers. Heavily let down by lengthy delays when delivering customer orders no doubt caused by their decision to use Hermes who have a bit of a chequered reputation for moving about as quickly as an injured sloth at the best of times let alone during a pandemic or god forbid the dreaded Bank Holiday weekend that seems to be the "one size fits all" excuse for not getting things done. It wouldn't be so galling if it was free shipping and to have to wait ten days but to pay (admittedly quite a small) delivery charge I would have expected my order to have been with me inside of a week which I don't feel is an unreasonable expectation from a paying customer. I don't want to be too negative as in all fairness whenever I have emailed for an update I have always had a prompt and courteous reply from their customer service guys who I am sure must have to deal with people whinging about delayed orders most days. My advice would be that if this is the case then perhaps it's time to look into a different courier firm ? This is only my second order with this retailer and I'm afraid to say that this is also my second experience of delayed order delivery. If you don't mind waiting over a week for your purchase or are happy to spend the small amount of money saved on the product price on delivery charges to get it shipped to you quicker then these guys are fine to deal with , no better , no worse just fine.

Absolutely excellent. My mother bought me one of your products for Christmas this year. Perfectly packaged and on time. Everywhere else was selling the product (Battle of Arras) for twice the price. She lost her husband (my dad) in November, so it was lovely to have such excellent service and a lovely message from the manager of the store, which made her day. So thank you very much. I used E Models on Tuesday this week to buy a few bits. I rang them as I was local to see if I could collect and they were so accommodating and helpful on the phone. I arrived and was served by Richard, they hadn’t got my order ready yet (I had turned up early and out of the blue as my work was rained off!), but Richard kindly informed me that the model I wanted had been sold 2 minutes prior to me placing my online order and asked if I would like it posting when it was back in stock. I said yes thank you and Richard got the rest of my order ready. I then asked if they had another model in stock and Richard very kindly went and found it for me even though I had just asked on the spot. Great customer service cannot rate them highly enough. I’m already ordering more things off them ready for the next project!

Ordered kit easily through the site, dispatch was relatively quick considering the impact the ongoing pandemic is having. The Customer Support inbox was equally prompt in responding to a query which I had about the order status. The outer packaging received some damage in transit, though this is absolutely not the fault of the company, and other than that minor detail the entire process has been easy and satisfactory. Very good products and seems to be at a decent price, only little nit pick is its quite difficult to find what other items you need to buy with the kit cars and if I had knows what to get and it was easy I would have also got everything from you, but it took me a while to find what else was needed so I just went to amazon for quickness. This is an honest review. Over the last couple of month's, I've placed three separate orders. Only one order came through without a hiccup. The first and third order encountered problems. With online shopping, you will always encounter problems and if a company you ordered from made the mistake at their end, you tend not to use them again, leave a bad review and move on, especially if you cannot talk to someone within the company or your emails are left unanswered. With Emodels that was what I was going to do. However, James (customer sevices) was not happy that I was not happy with my experience with Emodels. James took the time to look into all the issues I raised, responded to all my emails, and even spoke to me over the phone. Not only did James take ownership of someone else's mistakes concerning my orders, he rectified them at the expense of the company. Conclusion is, mistakes happen, things go wrong, it's what you do when that happens, that counts. Emodels took ownership of the problems and at their own expense put them right, I cannot fault their customer service and after sales commitment. I will be using them again and highly recommend them to you.

I placed an order a good few weeks ago, but hit money troubles. When I emailed the team they were quick to respond and helped me out by cancelling and refunding me. Not only this but upon reordering last week they got the job done quickly and got the order sent out. Given the current circumstances it has to be said the emodels team are a credit to themselves. All the items I ordered arrived well packaged and in good order, my only minor complaint was the turnaround on my order, but that was mainly due to them closing for New Year I assume, however I didn't see any notice of this on their website, It would be great if they could list their shutdown times on there. I had to wait a week for my order to ship, but it arrived the next day once it did. I would definitely not take this as normal operating procedure though. I did email them about it and it shipped the next day. I have since been informed by the store that the information was on the website, but I couldn't find it and I didn't see it, so I can't comment on that.

I get a lot of my modelling stuff from eModels. I ordered a kit on 26 March from them, and it was delivered today 8 April, so about two weeks delivery time. Considering what's going on at present, eModels are doing a fantastic job responding to a massive surge in orders due to lockdown, with reduced staff. I think the Royal Mail are also under pressure with people buying more things online, so all in all, I am more than happy with the service. PS - When I sent in an enquiry about the whereabouts of my order, James responded in the hour, thoroughly explaining the situation, and he must be inundated with similar messages. So for all those who are carping about long delivery times, give eModels a break!

I saw an advert for a kit I wad after on the emodels website and called emodels to order. The guy at emodels knew exactly what I was wanted, to my oerder and sent me a confirmation email. I have bought from eModels before, and on a long cross-country journey from the east Lincolnshire coast, I wanted to finally visit this model shop on my way home to Lancashire. It was certainly not what I expected, reminding me more of a Screwfix than the pokey model shop I had seen in Lincoln, but I was impressed enough and wanting to make use of the novelty of my visit. Richard was extremely helpful and understanding, empathetic of how lost I was upon arrival and why I wanted to visit in spite of the COVID-19 restrictions. He was an astute salesman explaining how much eModels have available, a half-truth as it was also the case that, as he explained, high demand had lead to many items going out of stock. Nonetheless, I was impressed by his rapport and happy to buy from the still extensive range of models available. Found emodels when looking for a model shop local to me. I’ve just got back into modelling after a ten year break and I like to see the kits before I buy them And speak to a person about the pros and cons. I went in today for some small things and spoke with Andy, who was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable too. He sorted out what I needed and gave some advice where necessary and it was a very pleasant visit! I shall definitely keep using them for my modelling needs. Edit 25/03/19. I went back today to get some paints - specifically acrylics after friends convinced me to switch over. Spoke with Andy again and was served by James today. Between the pair of them they gave even more very useful and practical advice on what paints to get based on how I would use them and for future use as I get more proficient. Settled on the Vallejo model colour range so I can brush paint more than airbrush until my skills improve and airbrush more. They then spent at least fifteen minutes getting me the paints I needed it equivalents for the kits I have to build currently. What can I say but they are a great little treasure trove and equal parts knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I never felt patronised due to my lack of experience or budget. Real genuine guys and it’s evident from speaking with them that they are passionate about modelling and happy to impart what they know to help others. 10/10 and emodels will be my go to shop.

I was served by Andy on the 20th of March 2019 when i went to pick up some Mr. Color paints which are hard to find in the UK particularly "in hand" . Andy quickly found them and was very patient with me when i realised there was (puts on Columbo voice) "er just one more thing". The all round atmosphere in the shop was great, myself Andy and his colleague had a pleasant bit of banter which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I am always concerned ordering products off the web but with E models I need not have worried it was a brilliant experience. After registering I placed an order for a 'Classy Hobby' Pzkw II 'Luchs' 1/16 scalewith my credit card opted for standard postage and elected to pick the package up from my local Matalan store. The post and packing charge was very reasonable and the item was tracked all the way. It was just excellent service all the way. I have been making scale models for 50 years starting with an Airfix Boulton Paul 'Defiant' in 1/72 scale ( the store had sold out of Spitfires & Hurricanes') over the years I have made everything from ships, aircraft, armoured vehicles, sci fi etc. Currently my collection is of 1/16 figures and Radio Controlled Military Vehicles. My latest purchase the 'Luchs' reconnaissance tank is perhaps the best static kit for the money in this scale. Well packaged, excellent moulding, good instructions, etched fret, individual track links and the capability of building 3x different versions. I am hoping to Radio Control this model to take down to our club the 'Manchester Armoured Division'. New members welcome we meet the 3rd Sunday of the month in Longridge school just north of Preston.
