Well stocked store but depresses me every time I have to pay at the tills. The queues always seem to be massive stretching down the aisles. First rule of retail - stock is worth nothing if money doesn't go through the till.

Great shop, loads of bargains shame some of the staff let it down. Some of them can't be bothered if you ask them any questions and everything is too much of an effort. Other than that it's a good shop with loads of choice and bargains.

What can I say, it's Home Bargains, which is great, but it's in Tunstall, which is not so great. It used to be a great town, but like a lot of places up and down the country, it's a tad rough now, with no exception here, especially as there are always beggers around the store and those other stores around Home Bargains.

Purchased what I went for. I wanted xmas plug in lights for my forest flame trees in my garden but not solar. I got plug in ones cool white 2 boxes of 200 each. Put them up today and they look great. Bit early for Xmas but who cares start buying early what with covid shops need the sales. There were Halloween items for sale as well. Also visited Burslem home bargains which I recommend also brit what u wanted from there also. Good shops all around.

I Love this store to a certain extent, the value for 75% of the items sold here are amazing. Some of the staff are really helpful but others aren't, you can tell they don't want to be there. It's a bit of a let down really. The home decor is highly recommended although you do have to bulk buy as it's not guaranteed that it will be delivered again. A member of staff told me that they don't put orders in, they just stock the shelves with what has been delivered to the store.

Good place to purchasing , also cheap and great products !!! but only one complaint about Managers (with Red Uniform), They never friendly to Customers, no single smile, so rude, not even looking at customers face , even customer wants to ask something ,most of the time they show as they are busy , zero HOSPITALITY of Managers at Tunstall branch. But the staff with blue colour Uniform are greater than Managers.

Your usual Home Bargains : but a nice large store with friendly staff Unfortunately for us we went after New year and lots of the shelf space was filled with storage boxes, obviously waiting on delivery. We use this Home Bargains on a regular basis and aren't usually disappointed.

Good size store selling many items at great prices. Many similar items in other discount stores are cheaper at Home Bargains, even comparing Poundland. Although many food items can be bought here, don't expect to do your weekly shop.

Good size carpark, can get very busy and sometimes times alittle wait to get off the carpark. Always staff around and they are happy to help with whatever your looking for. Amazing prices and lots of choice. Very clean and tidy store.

Love home bargains, the only issue I have with the Tunstall shop is the staff. Some are extremely rude, can't be bothered to help much more interested in where or what the other staff are doing after work. But can't fault the cheapness and variety of goods.

Decent amount of stock and good prices. Car park layout is odd though especially near the entrance near the health centre and goodness knows how there hasn't been an accident there as nobody knows who is supposed to give way

Use this a bit good for cigarette tips and papers eucalyptus oil very cheap mandize tisues two for eone thirty nine and nikki toilet rolls also now they are seninelling a few polish cured sausages and garlic sausage too also this store is one of the bigger ones so sells a lot more than say the kidsgrove one would they are a good source of bulbs i had a large net of daffodils last winter at a fration of the price garden centres sell them

I love the shop very good for parking, there is also a Costa coffee however the amount of homeless men outside every shop is very bad, literally puts me off going again, as I feel guilty when they ask me for money ,I did buy one chap some food at Xmas, but there were just too many today, seems like it was a nice day so they all came out of the woodwork ,strange don't you think.......
