P. 2.Natural Dogs Direct is an amazing company. Products are the best quality and value for money. Easy and fast online ordering with ease of payment. I had placed an order on Monday before lunchtime and received on Tuesday 10:40am much to the excitement of my dog who jumped right in to open his parcel. I had phoned the company on a few occasions as I had made a mistake on ordering online the gentlemen I speak to has always been so helpful, understanding and professional. I Just love the company that I always promote them to any Dog owners I meet.

S. L.I have just placed my first order, before 12 on Wednesday - it arrived Thursday at 11am. The polystyrene box itself had split all along the bottom - which whilst annoying actually made no difference to the meat it was all still 100% frozen.
We have been very impressed with the quality - the salon chunks look good enough for us to eat!
Duck necks didn't last long - meat pink fresh with zero smell
The dental sticks have been the only disappointment - due to their size - they looked massive on the website and being we have 2 large dogs... but they are about 15cm in length - ie smaller than the dogs mouths! So we just won't order them again - everything else though! for sure
I have called twice and each time phone was answered politely and knowledgeably

D. B.Best supplier of raw dog food. No horrible smells with meats or packaging that I have had from other suppliers. Have not bought from anywhere else since finding them. Local to me but prior to a holiday we took one of their polystyrene boxes & packed dog food for a holiday up to the Isle of Mull & it stayed frozen until we got there 24 hrs later. A pleasure to deal with and so knowledgeable when asking questions about raw diets.

H. B.I have been getting dog food from natural dogs direct for quite a while now! The staff are always friendly and my dog loves their food!! I have an Alaskan shepherd so he is a very large dog! The bones they do take him ages to eat! I highly recommend them if you are after raw dog food!
