really good experience here! brought a hamster from here from a baby, and is fully tamed thanks from the tips and tricks from the staff. Great food, toys, animals.ext. from this shop! one thing I struggle with tho is finding out how much a pet is from here online as I want to buy a guinea pig! apart from one thing wich is no big deal, this place is great thank you!!!xx

Friendly staff. I think they were refurbishing so it felt like they were missing stuff. It was never stated or anything. No live animals, so if you wanted a pet rat they didn't have anything like that. Just pet supplies which to me is fine.

I phoned them for advice about my kittens health. They answered promptly and I went to the Trent Vale store to buy wormer treatment. The assistant was delightful and very helpful.

Excellent pet product store with a extensive range of supplies for most household pets. Products are of very good quality and many named brands are carried. Very helpful friendly staff are always willing to help you with your purchases. I popped in the Trent Vale store, the staff there were very helpful, pleasant and informative as I picked up and adopted my adorable fur baby Hamster. She was in the adopted section as a brought hamster taken back after 8weeks owners no longer wanted her. Well shes very welcome in my house and a beautiful new addition to the family. Welcome Iris my little beaut, you will be a very spoilt little fur baby 💜

Usually have everything I am after in stock, though online I can purchase a pack of 4 cat food for a discounted price but this offer isnt available in store. The other day they didnt have the larger bags of litter that I use but went in a few days later and they did. Staff are always lovely and helpful

The staff are very friendly & helpful there is disabled parking for 2 cars outside there is disabled access wide aisles for wheelchairs don't know about a toilet. I like this store I ordered puppy food they have an agreement if you buy the food & your puppy/dog doesn't like it save your receipt take it back you can try a different one not sure about other pets so I'd ask when you buy it.

Have to say the closest one to me is actually Festival Park but I don't find it as nice in there. At Trent Vale the store is clean and the staff are polite and genuinely helpful

The kids love to come here just to see the animals in store! Fantastic to k ow that you can take your own pet in for a walk around too!!! All the prices are very competitive with other big pet stores I’ve always used this place and will continue too. Staff are superb so helpful! Every time! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
