P. S.The Fishman in Tunstall market is very knowledgeable on what he sells. A varied selection and good quality too. He is pleasant and it is a pleasure to shop there.
H. T.Darren is lovely and very helpful.
Just ask (politely in my humble opinion), and he is very happy to accommodate to any requests you might have, be it de-boning, scaling or cutting up.
He has easy to use pre-packed fish pie packs, and wonderfully fresh Salmon, and Wild Cornish SeaBass (line caught) that is great for Sashimi, Sushi, or a Brilliant Peruvian Ceviche or Chirashi Bowl.
I'd definitely go back again, he is clean, friendly, and more importantly, the fish is good!

W. T.My first time visiting this stall, went over this afternoon and bought a rainbow trout and a couple of bream fillets, the fish had wonderful glistening skin and bright eyes.
Had the trout this evening with some new potatoes from the veg stall in the same market, cooked simply they were delicious.
Can't wait to visit again.

P. S.We love Darren. The choice of fish changes, with a mixture of fresh and packed stuff. There's always a staple bunch in - including the salmon which can be eaten raw, unlike buying it at other places where it definitely needs cooking.
Darren will skin your fish if needs be, fillet-it, whatever. He can also advise you a few different ways on how cook it. And he sells sauces and other condiments.
