Love the card factory! Excellent cards at good prices, you can find most of what you would need for a birthday or party. Balloons are of all descriptions and for any occasion, staff are helpful and attentive which is an added bonus when searching for something special. Do visit quite often and would definitely recommend a visit.

Was looking for a birthday card that had 18 today son on it, couldn't find any. Lots of 18 today or happy birthday son, but none that combined the both, which I found strange because its a card shop! Asked member of staff where the 18 today son cards were. She told me that its either that they don't make them anymore or that the company don't sell them anymore! Not sure if that's true of Card Factory, but I left and went to another card shop that sold plenty of "18 today son" cards!! Card Factory seemed more expensive than they used to be too.
