The service was excellent good advice and wealth of knowledge from staff. Emily was super helpful and so personable. I've just been filling in details for the Welsh National Wedding Awards and I realised I don't think I messaged to thank you after our wedding! Must have been far too wrapped up in our bubble. I can't put into words how grateful I am to you all for being so accommodating over the years, I'm sure my dress was in the shop for about 3 years so thank you for storing it for so long! After losing a few stone I worried about the dress not looking right after alterations, though there was no need to worry it was perfect and I felt amazing. It makes me a bit sad that I'm not frequently ringing Emily to double check my appointment because I've forgotten for the 3rd time in a row!! I can't wait for a milestone anniversary as am excuse to buy another dress for a party! I had a booking last Thursday with Eve to look for a mother of the bride dress. After a very stressful few weeks trying to find something, I was at my wits end by the time I found you. Eve was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked through the door, she was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. She gave me her undivided attention for the whole time that I was there and really listened to what I wanted. She helped me choose some absolutely beautiful dresses to try on, and in fact I ended up buying one of her choices. Thanks to Eve, I came away with the most stunning dress and felt completely stress free. I will highly recommend you, and thank you and Eve for the fantastic service that I received. Would highly recommend Samantha K's . I bought my Mother of the Bride dress there last October. She has a beautiful collection to choose from, something to suit everyone. Samantha is so helpful and professional, her daughter Emily is a delight and the staff ard very helpful. I think it was Chrissy who helped me chose initially who was lovely, not pushy at all. Samantha was also lovely to my daughter too, Chloe didn't buy her wedding dress from Samantha's but that didn't make any difference to Samantha, she even Steamed my daughters wedding dress for her along with mine, very very kind. Would definitely recommend a visit. My sister in law also found her guest outfit there too. Thank you so much for everything, everyone loved my outfit.

Bride Sam and her team are absolutely outstanding. They offered impeccable service from start to finish. Samantha K's were amazing and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. I am one of those nightmare customers that goes in completely unaware of what style/colour/design of dress I want at all, nor what goes with what... I'm useless! The team could not be more helpful, advising me on different styles to complement both my shape and the theme of the wedding (which I hadn't considered). They have a really impressive range of dresses there, across all budgets, and I never once felt rushed or like a sale was being pushed. They genuinely made something I felt quite anxious about a really enjoyable experience! From start to finish, the experience both myself and my mum had with Samantha k's was exceptional. The experience of picking my bridal dress with Sam was like no other shop I had been to. She was calm and not pushy at all, she seemed genuinely invested in finding me a dress that I wanted. The experience didn't stop there! The fabulous accessory nights were so exciting and useful! Having my hair done and a little glass of bubbly just extended the experience, I ended up choosing my veil, hair piece and a belt. Given the fantastic customer service and experience, my mum also chose her dress, hat, shoes and bag at Samantha k's and it was lovely that we both had such a magical time. My mum and I had alterations with the trusted seamstresses Ana and Delyth. Both were polite and clearly experts in their fields! When I was fussy about my sleeves, I was given a second appointment with no fuss. Both very talented ladies! In fact, all of the women working in the shop were polite and attentive upon every visit. Everyone can not do enough for you. I have a friend who is getting married next year, I suggested Samantha K's to her and told her about my experience. It was the first shop she went to and she found her dream dress there and then. I was happy to recommend to her, as I would be happy to recommend Samantha K's to anyone else. Went to Samantha 6 years ago for my Mother of Bride outfit and most recently for my Mother of the Groom outfit. Had the same outstanding service on Saturday as I did 6 years ago. When I rang up to make an appointment I spoke to Emily who was so helpful, she even sent me pictures of some outfits I may like. Samantha and rest of her team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, they were patient, pleasant, accommodating and extremely professional. Emily is amazing!! she is an asset to Samantha K's. Emily assisted me from booking my first appointment to efficiently and professionally answering all questions and queries i had along the way. If Emily said she was going to get back to me or send me a sample swatch of the dress she did.......no hanging around or waiting for days. Unfortunately i had 2 bridesmaids drop out of the party and when i spoke to Emily she was super helpful once again, within an hour of my call i had ALL the information about the dresses ( which had just been delivered to the shop) from the designer, colour & exact measurements of each size of dress along with a list of suggested places I could advertise them for sale. THANK YOU Emily for your bubbly and friendly personality, nothing was ever too much trouble. It's not often you get Customer service this good anywhere these days.....

Went to Samantha K's today and what an experience! Made my day so special and personal to me. Greeted by a lovely lady (Samantha's daughter) who was so nice really put me at ease. Sam Asked all relevant questions to have an idea what dress I would like, where my special day will be held I also tried on dresses that I wouldn't normally try on which I was pleasantly surprised with. If you want a personal experience to be special by someone who genuinely cares on this day with a huge selection of stunning unique dresses by a lovely woman this is the place. Fell in love with a dress this morning , went to another shop that I was disappointed with the whole experience and dresses. So went back this afternoon to Samantha K's and ordered the dress. I can’t recommend the team at Samantha K Bridal highly enough. I had my wedding dress, my veil , my bridesmaids dress and my mother had her mother of the bride outfit here. The service we received was excellent I’m so pleased we used them to everything. Nothing was too much trouble, I lost 2 stone during the pandemic which meant my original dress order was 3 sizes too big for me, Samantha personally went out of her way to make sure I had the same dress in a smaller size to make sure the fit was perfect and I was 100% happy. I felt a million dollars on my wedding day everything was perfect and my bridesmaid and my mother looked beautiful. Thank you all so much xx

I am 4ft 11 and a plus size lady. Buying a wedding dress was at the bottom of my wedding to do list because buying clothes is never easy therefore not enjoyable. I had been to other bridal stores prior to Samantha Ks, all of which were upsetting and unsuccessful. I was very dreading yet another store squeezing me into a dress with huge gaps in the one style that apparently suits the bigger girl - you know the one! From the minute I walked into Sams I was made to feel at EASE and I was taken into a BEAUTIFUL, PRIVATE room with dresses of all styles. Sam picked up on my anxiety and talked me through the process, she made the whole experience FUN, ENJOYABLE and was able to pick out the PERFECT dress. I tried on a few which could have all been winners but it was the first dress I kept going back to, proving that Sam knew ‘THE ONE’ from the start! After picking the dress, the after care was second to none, even during the dreaded lockdown Sam stayed in touch, looked after my dress and accommodate all the date changes! Sam was also able to arrange all the alterations and supply my GORGEOUS veil. I loved the whole process, I only wish I could do it all over again. Thank you Samantha Ks. You are FANTASTIC.

I was not put under any pressure to purchase my dress from them, they even advised me to go away and think about it and to visit other bridal shops before I committed to purchasing my dress ; needless to say i returned and said YES to my dress from them . Fantastic shop with lovely staff and beautiful dresses. I tried on some gorgeous dresses but nothing quite right for what I wanted. I was chatting to Megan about a dress I had seen a sketch of which I liked and she told me they had one in a similar style. When she showed me I knew it would be my dress. I tried on a couple of others but went back to order my dress. I can’t thank Megan enough as she was very intuitive and knew the stock they had. I looked forward to every appointment and all the staff were so lovely. Would definitely recommend

I took my daughter here today to chose her prom dress . The staff were incredible and the building itself is beautiful .The dresses are outstanding . The staff went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect dress. Even entertaining my grandson . I think it was the owner that dealt with us personally .We also met her daughter and other members of staff they are just genuinely nice women that really know there stuff . My daughter tried on no end of dresses and was becoming distressed that everything she liked didn't fit . We put our faith in the owner and she brought up a stunning beautiful Cobalt blue dress and guess what my daughter fell in love with it and it was perfect for her . I may add that the owner is giving away prom dresses to people that are eligible being suggested through there schools . To do this for people down on there luck .Going through a tough time or just struggling a bit . To make other people's daughters feel like a princess out of you're own pocket is such a truly wonderful thing to do . Beautiful soul inside and out .
