They've kept us updated on our orders from the beginning, delays were rescheduled with no issues no dramas, I was fussy and couldn't decide but wasn't pressured into making a decision or to order right away. The fitters were wonderful too, family run business and worked hard making sure the LVT & carpet was perfect. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again in near future. M.We've had excellent service from Tapi recently as we needed a new floor in our living room, the product they sell is great quality and looks brilliant, the guys they got to fit it were very efficient and no messing around. Floor is great, installed as and when they said it would be and managed to get us in before Christmas. Legends
Also bought some lino from them recently, getting it installed separately but again the product is very attractive and seems very sturdy. Had great customer service from the guys in the shop every time we've come in (and the premises are very welcoming and classy as well)

The carpets and underlay were of good quality and arrived in good time.
We even received a discount after paying a deposit, as the carpet was on offer from the following week. Daryl at the store kept in constant touch and agreed to store our carpets while we decorated.
Steve fitted our carpets and I can only praise his work. He even hovered up after fitting.
Excellent service from ordering to fitting. Highly recommended.
G. W.We visited the Morriston shop on Friday had to have a carpet fitted in my Mother in Laws house on the Monday following. They were able to give us a carpet fitter to measure and fit the carpet we chose from them in time for the Monday move. I cannot praise them enough. The carpet looks great, the fitters were proficient, friendly, clean and well mannered. Tapi's staff were friendly, helpful and did everything we wanted. We even had a follow up call on the Saturday, after the job was done. And thanks you all very much.

d. U.100% customer service and love the quality of products in store, I took alternative option as the one I needed would take upto 3 weeks to order, most things like lino, floor tiles need to be ordered, however in store they have a huge selection, customer service 2nd to none honestly
C. A. W.Really good quality carpet's and other flooring. It's a lovely shop, clean, spacious and unlike other carpet shop's, you are not nagged senseless to buy. Very knowledgeable staff, also has a toilet. Delivery is very cheap also.
