However, that said, we took a gamble in having Viv Date supply and fit our bedroom carpet and we are so glad that we did. We had good advice from the gentleman in the shop who also showed extreme patience whilst we made our choice. (There are a VAST amount of samples to choose from which varied from colour, quality and price). Carpet fitters arrived as scheduled and we were impressed to begin with on how they were polite and well presented. Carpet was fitted and they even vacuumed the room on completion of the job. This service was provided by Viv Date without paying a penny up front and we appreciated their trust in us as customers. Needless to say we subsequently called at the store to make our payment though this could have been done by telephone if we would have preferred. We felt it was only polite to pay in person and pass on our thanks for an excellent job from start to finish. Viv Date - you have a very happy customer and we will certainly return to you when we are ready to order new carpet for our lounge - thank you.
