J. L.The staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us advice on choosing some new food for our pup who appears to be experiencing some allergies, and we have seen the improvement since. There is a range of different products in store some of which I haven't seen in other pet stores. We have been taking our pup to a socialisation class on a Saturday morning which has been brilliant for him. The session is well mediated by staff.
P. T.Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help with any requirements or requests. They are happy to spend time with your pet. Our Frenchie pup is like a kid in a toy shop. We regularly purchase our pups food and accessories and would highly recommend Pets Corner Stratton.
R. M.I purchased a light weight water proof jacket for my bully breed about 3-4 weeks ago. It's normally very hard to find one that will fit/last on my big girl. The jacket was a perfect fit and it stays on even when she's rolling in the grass. The customer service was amazing. My dog gets nervous meeting new people. Bit we were greeted by friendly staff member (holly) who offered her a treats which made her alot more calmer. She helped me find her right size and even helped my dog put it on. She made the whole experience alot better for me and my dog. It could of been worse as she sometimes get overwhelmed by new people and starts to growl. Holly couldn't of done more to make it a relaxing experience.

G. J.Simply Wow! I have just visited the store in Stratton Swindon, where I met Anwyn. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she asked lots of questions, made suggestions and gave helpful advice.
My little cat hasn't been eating for the past 2 weeks and we have been getting really worried. She has given thongs the occasional sniff or lack but that's it. We went to the vets but nothing can be found to suggest why.
Having just got in, I gave roo the new food that Anwyn recommended and to my amazement Roo has eaten it all!!!!

K. L.Visited the stratton store today with my 3 year old who asked politely if he could sit on the toy dog in the window. Before I could say no, the lady serving at the counter snapped 'no' at him making him run towards me saying sorry. Not very child friendly.
