A. M.We visited the shop and were helped to find the mattress that we wanted. We wanted a firm mattress. After trying several, we found the one that suited us. Very reasonable price. It was delivered in 2 weeks and the old mattress taken away. Everybody concerned were very professional and knowledgeable. The mattress is really good quality and comfortable. We would definitely recommend

M. J.Very good and comfy bed. Sales person at the outlet was very helpful and guided us in selecting the right bed. The first delivery was within 3 weeks. However, the guys who delivered came closer to 17:30, while they were supposed to come to 16:00. They came, spent few minutes and said this will not fit your stairs, so you have to change the bed and walked away. I had to call back customer service and they proposed different options to change the bed which I wasn't happy. So finally we agreed for them to redeliver one more time with a different team. The second team came and delivered in to the room with no issues, took them 10 minutes. Got very frustrated as it could have been delieverd easily in the first place. I wanted to give less than 3 for it, but the guys who came second time was very nice and the bed is comfy. Hence 4 stars.
B. M.We visited Beds Direct to get a mattress for our daughters bedroom on Friday , we were shown around and told to try out some of the mattress’s. We found one we liked , Nyree and Steph the ladies who work there rang through to the warehouse who said they could squeeze us in and we could have it delivered on Monday. We explained we really needed it that day , so the girls rang back through to the warehouse again, and managed to arrange for us to pick it up that afternoon direct from them. Both Steph and Nyree were really helpful and went out of their way to help us. Great price too!! Would definitely recommend.

J. H.Website easy to use and order from, super quick delivery was due 19th February, but arrived a day early. Really pleased with the quality of the mattresses. Will definitely recommend. I ordered 2 mattress for my son's. They have had them for a week now and say sleeping on them is amazing 🙂
