Spent quite a bit of money with Eliza Henri in one of my orders I didn’t receive 2x packs of 10 silver snap clips I emailed several times and was told they would be sent out when emailed back still not received theses were ordered on 10-04-22 then in another order I was sent canvas instead of faux leather and was charged for faux leather when I emailed about this and hair clips again I was asked for pictures and proof that I brought them so showed in photos the canvas and the order sheets that the clips were on and was again told these would be sent out and I have emailed Eliza Henri again and now not even replied Elizahenri craft supplies has now resolved this issue Thankyou ❤️ Would like to also add before this issue it has been my favourite place to buy fabrics, Elizahenri have a lovely fabrics and the monthly bow box is amazing value ! 🤩
