Don't go as often as I used to before covid but always seem to find something in the clothing department. However remember to take your own bag I forgot today and only when I got home did I discover I'd paid 99p for a thin plastic bag which had actually torn in the car. I won't do that again took the sweetness out of my over 60 discount.

Not best quality and sales floor could do with a sweep and clean but haven that said I guess you can be overly picky but I belive in great customer care and clumsiness of any retailer. But I'm just haven moan I guess the QVS Store not for everyone. I guess I'm one of them customers. If you asked me would I go again and the answer be YES!!! Why? You ask me, well part from my moaning on and on and on.... I do like a bargain and even though I didn't pick up a bargain this visit, you probably will do and don't forget there other great retailer store's to visit.

I appreciate the efforts the Outlet is putting into safety with regard to the pandemic. Most customers comply with the rules but you will always get the odd one who simply won’t and those who seems to have no concept of what 2 metres is. As others reviewers have said, a visit to the Outlet can be a bit hit and miss. You can pick up really good buys particularly in handbags, jewellery, shoes and boots; beware because it’s not always easy to interpret the sizing on the shoes and boots and people put things back in the wrong size section. Shoes and boots are also pinned together with cable ties and that makes them difficult to try on as there’s nowhere to sit down whilst you juggle with this process. The clothing side involves a lot of routing through tightly packed rails of stuff, some pre-worn and returned, other things not - but the prices do seem to reflect this. I’d advise that people be selective in what they buy as some of the materials can feel a bit cheap. With returns and payments all being dealt with at the same tills it can take a while to get through to pay for your purchases. The hard working staff are frazzled but on the whole helpful and friendly which is more than can be said of quite a few of the grumbling customers. Worth a visit but allow plenty of time.

It's ok but it's a returns shop for a reason. It's not as cheap as you might think. But sometimes you do find a bargain. Don't just give it a pass you might find that bargain you want

Quite disappointed with the lack of bedding, no pillows or quilts at all and all the duvet covers were either KS or super KS and really not a great choice of anything which has never occurred before on my many trips here. Staff didn't look at all happy, no conversation and felt as though I was back to childhood getting told off all the time about all the rules of the shop, which I'm pleased they took precautions, but there's a much more friendlier way of saying it, it's not as if we'd been there during these covid related times and both of us OAP'S felt very disrespect and we're always full of kind Scottish banter.

All the rubbish thats sent back or stuff they can,t sell. BUT if its useful to you its a Bargin!.lots of Ninja Airfryers even a double unit if you have the room in yr kitchen

I love this store. Excellent items that you would find on the shopping Channel at more than half the price. Loads of gadgets and clothes (mainly for the ladies!) Wife gets Kelly hoppin bedding at a fraction of the price Friendly staff. Mega covid safe. Ie staff on the door. One out one in. Sanitizer. Staff cleaning baskets. And most importantly discount for OAPs on a Monday! 15%! On top of sale prices! Get in and get buying! Be warned. Keep your receipt for electrical items as don't forget some are these are returns from customers. Usually nothing wrong just changed there mind but you may get the odd item missing in your goodie box! Spend away!

organised but the only shop limiting customers, therefore had to queue a long time to enter. There are only 2 till "covid measures" on also. This needs reviewing. Had to come back today as was overcharged yesterday. The visit inc queuing was over 1 hour yet I only wanted to be refunded the overcharge. I had to queue to enter, go round the one way system and queue again for the till. not good. No other stores are still being this rigid. Customers walking away as a result. Staff nice and pleasant though and doing their best given the situation.

Great value for customer returned goods. However some items on sale are unusable so check carefully as their repacking seems to ignore why something was returned. Having said that they offer no quibble refunds and you can get some amazing bargains on their specials lines. Some unusual technology sometimes a little overpriced.

Loved looking for a bargain but there are more and more people in there who are obviously selling the clothes on as they take supermarket shopping trolleys in and they come out piled high with clothes. Not fair to other shoppers. Really surprised this hasnt been stopped and a limit to purchases on clothes made. Appears QVC dont own the shop and it is a private business. Should be a limit of say 5 garments per person. Many other shopper have remarked to me how unfair this is as I've been looking round the shop.

Some good bargains to be had. Depends on what they have in at the time , I wouldn't make a special journey if you are not local as you really have no idea what's in from one day to the next. I've had some great things at fab prices - Molton brown + perricone , Yankee candles + Lola rose jewellery. It's a bit messy in there tbh but the staff are very nice. Good for a nosy if your in birchwood

Staff were very helpful, but the shop's dark and dingy. Some bargains to be had, but there's an awful lot of crap there as well. Eye-opening to see the quality of some of the stuff that looks great on telly.

This is the place where QVC returns go. You never know what you will find there. The odd bargain can be had, especially with some of the jewelry and cosmetics. But for some of the household items, double check what your buying. Its clear from the state of some of the returns, the items have been well used/abused before being returned. E.g suitcase with missing handle, had sand in it, and an airline sticker on it 0.o

What makes a shop good is a smiley face and helpful staff, I’ve only give it 3 stars because the staff and management could be more friendly and helpful 🙂
