G. G.I visited this shop on Thursday and found it to be a superb cigar shop. The range of cigars is very good and the prices very competitive and certainly cheaper than most of the online cigar sales websites. The customer service was absolutely superb and it really was good to come across someone with a passion for the cigars he is selling, something unfortunately sadly lacking in many of our shops. The other advantage is that Supreme Cigars is nearer to me than the shops in Manchester and Liverpool. I shall be going regularly in the months to come if not only for the cigars but to talk to someone whose passion for cigars is similar to my own. WELL DONE
K. H.As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer.
The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch.
Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!
J. B.Great to have a bricks and mortar shop to buy pipe tobacco in Warrington, they a few and far between now. Friendly staff, great selection of cigars and spirits, pipe tobacco and snuffs, well worth the little extra cost to support a local business and have real interactions with humans 👍
P. C.We called in today (4th Sept 21) and met Jozef who was extremely friendly and helpful. As a novice cigar smoker he helped us and advised us with our choices, and boy were there a lot of choices!!. It was clear he was more interested in customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck, often steering me away from the expensive cigars to more "beginner" cigars. After we had paid and were saying our goodbyes he asked what the rest of our day looked like, so we said we were going to go for lunch somewhere. He didn't just recommend us a place, he phoned the owner to tell him to fit us in!!! What a great guy and a great shop! We will definitely be back!!!

Staff allow you to just browse rather than pressure you into a purchase unlike some other cigar shops. Highly recommended.
N. S.There is a new cigar shop in warrington town centre. Only been open 3 weeks the owner was telling me. Happened across it on my way to the bank today and i really suggest anyone in the area pays a visit if you like the occasional cigar or pipe. Lovely chap that owns it is very knowledgeable about cigars in general. I bought a couple of maduros just on spec. Great selection and pricing as good as online. Ill be putting all these details in all the cigar groups online i am a member of. Pipe smokers too check it out, nice selection of pipe tobaccos and some very nice equipment for sale
R. C.What a fantastic little cigar shop. Excellent selection of cigars both cuban and new world. Cheaper than the usual cigar shop I use. Staff are friendly and Knowledgeable. Will certainly be my new place to by cigars from now on. Will certainly recommend supreme cigars to every cigar smoker i know.
