It was ok quality of the clothing isn't brilliant Staff young felt like they needed more training people skills! Car park very small could not park had to park on morrisons did get what I went for, however shall not be calling again.

The Original Factory shop has a variety of goods from household, clothing, children's and footwear. There are a lot of items in this store but the staff do a good job of keeping it tidy. The staff are very helpful and thoughtful. Allowed me to use a trolley to take heavy items to the car. The items I purchased were good value for money and as I joined their Tofts club I receive a scratch card. Well done to them.

This place is open and they are friendly and will help you if you cannot find what you are looking for . Itis safe too . But like all shops these days , you are ask to put on your mask on . Just to keep everyone safe as you look round the shop. Itis always very clean in here . You can get most things here too . I get bed sheets and shoes here.

One of those shops that sells a little of everything! Definitely worth popping in if in the area as there are always good quality, fairly priced household items, toys, confectionery, stationery and there is a small range of men's, women's and children's clothes and footwear, many of which are good quality and nice materials. Good convenient parking or transport links and helpful staff. One of the best shops in the small town centre.
