My boyfriend & I visited recently whilst looking to purchase a new bed and mattress. We were approached by John (the guy who cycles to work) just in case there's more than 1 John:) Well, he was so so helpful and gave us great advice & tips on what to consider when purchasing. Coming from a sales background, I can confidently say that John is a great salesman and is a credit to your store! Out of 4 shops we visited he was the only person who acknowledged us and approached us in such a personable & pleasant way.

Ordered a bed from your Watford store and had it delivered on Monday 15th but your delivery company said to my wife they only deliver and do not put the bed up. We had in the morning disposed of our original bed therefore had no where to sleep as I can not put the bed up. We called the delivery company and was told that we had in fact refused to have the bed erected which was not the case. Spoke to the delivery company and they were very unhelpful and said they would try and get another day to get them to come over and erect the bed so until then we would have to sleep on the floor. In frustration I call John Denham the salesman that we had ordered the bed through initially. He confirmed that they were supposed to erect the bed and was as frustrated as much as we were. John went beyond and well above what was expected of him and said he would come over in his own time that evening and erect the bed for us, he was truly amazing in sorting out this problem and we are very grateful to him. I run my own business and employees like him that go above and beyond what is expected of them truly deserve credit. Thanks again John Chris M

George The Best! Initially it was all going wrong with the quote, incorrect email, our carpet was out of stock, fitters incompatible. We had to chose another carpet and George made us priority. Thank you George.
