k. m.If you're a complete novice or a master decorator, Brewers staff combined knowledge is second to none. If they don't know it(which is, quite frankly highly unlikely) they will (like a dog to a rag doll) keep trying for the answers you seek or the product you want. You won't get pressure selling. Nine times out of ten the staff will tell you of items you don't need and preparation techniques that cut down the time, the money and the headache.
Just don't ever start a conversation with "I looked on the internet" because YOU will always revert back to the internet during mid flow of a consult. These guys put themselves out for every individual that walks in every day. Mentioning the internet ruins the Brewers experience.
