M. L.Took our 6yr old springer into the vets for his check up and once done fournd the wonderful Emma and asked her about a new harness, which she fitted perfectly. She took time with us, calmed my dog and answered my questions. She even calmed me during a nasty anxiety attack when my dog had his nails clipped. She was just wonderful and went above and beyond to look after me
