I stopped in out of curiosity and after such a welcoming and informative experience I had to share my praise! I was greeted by Kirin (apologies if I miss-spelled your name good sir) who graciously welcomed me and talked to me about the Warhammer universe. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in this universe. As a novice painter, I was truly blown away by the masterfully painted display models - brilliant work. Cheers to the staff and thanks for introducing me to Warhammer!

Briefly popped into the store today to have a look around and was greeted by Martin. I explained I was looking for Dungeons and Dragons items and he told me there wasn’t any... however Martin went the extra mile and really inspired me with the modern Warhammer collection and how it could be easily fit into a DnD campaign. All in all Martin’s customer service was exemplary and made me feel very welcome. 10/10 would shop again!

If your looking for a hobby or are interested in miniature painting this shops for you! Warhammer is a miniature war game where you build and paint mini figures, creating an army which you can then play the table top battles with. There are other options too like board games featuring the universe as well if that's more your taste. As for the store, I remember going every weekend when I was younger, the atmosphere and people were great and informative. There was often people painting there figures or playing out a battle on the provided tables. This year I decided to get back into the Hobby and took a trip to the shop, the advice and product help was amazing the staff were really really nice, warm and friend. They knew so much and you can tell they are passionate about their work :) Very lovely team at Woking and happy to call it my local warhammer store

This place is absolutely brilliant the usual GW customer experience but turned up to 11! Painting tips and tricks training games for starters and a wealth of advice and knowledge keeps me coming back almost daily!

Great place, great guy running it. With plenty of space to browse. A little quiet, there's no ambient noise, but the guy rubbing it is so happy to see you, you barely notice.

Today I took my kids to the Warhammer in Woking and was greeted by Ciaran. Most organisations talk about the best customer service and how they can deliver the best service. I would recommend that organisation should come and see amazing customer service in play. Ciaran is full of energy and knows how to motivate the kids to be themselves and enjoy learning all about the world of warhammer. Welldone Ciaran for being yourself, authentic.
