N. F.With a view to starting an extensive redecoration of a barn conversion we went to Brewers after being recommended by several local contractors within the Worcester area.
Catherine took the time and patience to listen to our overall objectives and concerns in terms of matching a suitable colour scheme with products that would offer a long term durability, offering invaluable advice throughout our discussion.
Both members of the shop team were helpful, professional and knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

J. S.Discovered this place by accident and after using retail paint that I was disappointed by - despite being well-known brands such as Crown and Dulux.
The customer service and 'extra mile' attitude with the team at this place has astounded me to ne honest. I feel like I've found a traditional local shop 'feel' with extensive knowledge - including the fact that Crown and Dulux retail paint is apparently not the same quality as trade?!
I was worried about cost but in fact Claire, a customer adviser there, took time to signpost ways to get 20% discount at least twice - she was exceptional - very patient trying to understand my issues with stains and colour dilemmas! They act as if they have all the time in the world for you. Even if they're busy, they'll look up, explain they'll be with you as soon as poss etc - in truth you end up not minding a wait when you know they'll be so thorough with their advice, knowledge AND ways to offer the cheapest deals! A real gem - even for a domestic DIYer like me! You don't need to be trade to go there - enjoy :)
