Reviews of Mailbox Birmingham

Lovely place. Parked in mailbox but if you want cheaper parking go to the 'cage' opposite. Nice restaurants, shops and never too busy. Recommended if your travelling to Birmingham. Walking distance to the main city centre. Approx 0.3 mile away from new street grand Central.

Really nice location in Birmingham. Not a huge selection of shops but that fits in well with the building's design and feel. Super clean and well looked after and a really great cafe called Medicine that do the nicest cakes. A stop here is a must!

A very posh looking place. The Xmas decor was amazing!

The only place I enjoy shopping in the city centre is mailbox as it is a lot more quite and the whole shopping experience is more enjoyable. Always find great clothes and I am in to my designer wear. Good place to shop for those who love designer clothing I would recommend to pay a visit. Also great views and canal near by good to walk around and enjoy the scenery it has to offer. Plenty of bars for entertainment and socialising. It has many places all in one location.

Stayed at the AC Marriott which was excellent. Some amazing shops inside of the mailbox, Harvey Nic's the cream of the crop without a doubt. Some great independent shops too, with some great designer shops scattered about. The whole place oozes class, spotlessly clean, with a lovely relaxed vibe going on. Plenty of places to eat and drink, with two hairdressers thrown in for good measure. Everything you need really for a great day out. Close to the canal and a quick walk to the train station. taxi rank straight outside to get you home.
However if you drive, lots of parking available.
highly recommend a visit.

Can't comment on the shopping centre though it did look quite pleasant. I had a real issue with charging my electric car. When I returned to unplug my car the charge point would not release the cable. The helpline phone number was unobtainable. The website listed on the charge said that the company had gone into liquidation. Thankfully, the duty manager at the centre was very helpful and managed to find a phone number for the charge company. As this all took 45 minutes to sort out my car parking ticket then would not let me out of the car park, but that is another storey.

I was very empressed with Cinema was very clean. You can order your drinks and food if you are having any thing. and they bring them to you seat. Plus I must say it was James Bond film that we when to see. A well satisfied person.
