M.Fantastic, One of the fastest delivery times I have seen, bottles are great quality (wine), a couple of breakages but I suppose this is down to courier and is no fault of bottle company south, I did have one issue where wrong bottles had been sent out, however after a quick phonecall to Anna replacements have been sent out, customer service is second to none, it's so nice to deal with a company that cares. Will definitely be using again for all my bottle needs.
s. f.This company is AMAZING! My wife rang this afternoon, Anna should have gone home at 4 and was literally walking out of the office when my wife rang. Anna switched everything back on and took my wife’s order. We’ve been using the company for a long time and recommend them to everyone. Anna and her team are all friendly, helpful, kind and go out of their way to help you. We also love the fact that Anna cares about her staff, their families and their health, especially during this crazy time.

O. M.I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I have to say that Bottle Company South is is absolutely brilliant! We deal with food production and can't always anticipate how many bottles and jars we require. There have been many occasions when we are in a total panic about unexpectedly running short of bottles (which would mean our product would need to be thrown away), but Anna and the team always help and respond so quickly and efficiently. The team are really friendly and their customer service is second to none. Even during COVID they've managed to dispatch everything on time, enabling us to keep going - doing all of this whilst shielding their own staff. Keep up the good work Anna and the team (and stay safe).

Their prices are very competetive, communications are excellent and very friendly and the service is second to none. From ordering to delivery was a matter of a couple of working days, no damage to any items, and the courier delivery man couldn't have been more helpful. I will be ordering from them again when I need more jars and bottles.
