Visited Halfords and M&S, halfords was a larger store than I expected and had a good choice of products. M&S was OK, but didn't have the one product I wanted, hey ho. Plenty parking at this retail park, lots of places to eat, and plenty shopping to be done here, just of M32.

The East Gate retail park is a well frequented place for a variety of retail outlets plenty of parking space and next to tesco and IKEA

Good retail park. Plenty of places to eat, Burger King, Costa (inside next) M&S cafe, Asda cafe, Mothercare Cafe, and soon the be a KFC. Plenty of shops around, all the staff are always friendly in each of them. Parking is limited to 4 hours and is run by a private firm.

The best thing about this retail park is the range of outlets here: takeaways, a large Tesco, Marks and Spencer food hall with a café (very good quality), Asda, Ikea, Halfords, a pet shop & a good quality furniture store. A short walk away (on the road passing by the park) is a high quality bicycle store.

It is very good but regretably blighted by the terrible roads to and from it. The roundabouts are chaotic and a nightmare to navigate at busy times.

Feels a bit neglected. Quality of shops has decreased over the years. Next was replaced by the equivalent of a giant pound land (but cheaper quality stuff) and asda home is looking quite neglected upstairs by the abandoned cafe and tills.

Its good, good selection of shops, good locality for many, access to motorway. However, my low rating is for the road infrastructure, I have been here on 3 occassions where it can take between half hour to an hour to exit this car park. They can easily have a seperate road to exit near the Burger King.

Nice shopping centre with a great selection of shops that offer a good shopping experience. Parking is ample and plenty and you also have the option of eating or snacking depending on your preferences. There is a pizza hut, a Costa and a burger king so you have a good selection.

Good selection of useful shops. Pets at Home has a Groom Room but no vet as another reviewer has stated. Boots pharmacist isn't always available. Asda Home good for clothing and house wares. Halfords have great staff, very helpful. Order online pick up in store. M&S Food Hall is great. Staff are lovely as is the food. Tesco is looking tired and fridges and freezers often broken. However there is a petrol station with airline. Plenty of parking but avoid after 10 a.m at weekends.

I telephoned to see if they had a car battery in stock and if thdy could fit it. Very easy to arrange in this current situation. Very polite and helpful. Battery fitted and just paid at counter set up just inside the door. All very efficient

It's a decent enough retail park, but getting out of the carpark onto the A96 is an absolute nightmare, even at quiet times, so you can just imagine what it's like around the Christmas and New Year crazy shopping period. The queues were stationary for around two hours, so I'm sure responsible for many a festive family arguement in the car...

Great to have a M&S foodhall, although it doesn't always have the stock. Never really use the rest of the retail park (What!, Halfords, Asda Home, Boots, Burger King) but the free parking is useful.

Reasonable selection of shops, with a couple of fast food places and an Ikea thrown in to boot. The real negative is how long it can take to get out of the carpark on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon when everyone leaves at the same time; I've been stuck for 15-25 minutes on a few occasions.

Park furnishers used to be Bristol best store it is now exceptionally disappointing. Ordinary stock disinterested sales staff. Try Furniture village instead miles better.

IKEA. What more can I say. Love the place but not at the weekends. Surely parents can find a better place to take their children. Next is fabulous over there because it has my favourite coffee shop Costa. What more can you want lovely clothes, furniture and excellent coffee.

Visited here to get some items from the Halfords and PetsatHome. Both stores were excellent by the way. Not only was parking great with an abundance of parking spaces to choose from but the design makes it very easy to get as close to your desired store as possible. Another bonus is the fast food take aways very close by which means you can enjoy a nice KFC or burger... Or both as is the case of me and my gluttonous friend, in the car park before you leave.

It was confusing,.? Visited the place for the purpose of buying a bike. Went in to Halfords, with the hope of buying a bike,. I walked out feeling frustrated, let down and lied to,. I'm glad I can not remember the staff member who dealt with me because I would have named him here. I asked about purchasing a bike through cycling to work scheme,. He indicated what bikes they had in the shop. He pointed out 2 bikes,. I picked one and enquired about price and accessories.,. He said wait a minutes, went away, came back saying sorry that bike is not for sale,.?,. Shame i thought,. I enquired about the next bike, which was a couple of hundred pound more,. Went through the same thing,. He went away, came back and said the same. I didnt believe what he said, but alls i could do was politely express disappointment and walk out.

The M&S food hall, Burger King, Costa and KFC for connoisseurs. Mothercare for mothers & kids, Shortcuts hair salon inside Mothercare and what not. Convenient location with amenities and tidy maintenance.

This retail park has a good range of stores to look around. There is a Next home, Halfords, Pets at home, Asda living, and a Mothercare. For food there is also a Burger King, and KFC so there is a good chance you will find what you need here. The best part of all is that IKEA is just behind this retail park.

Nothing amazing here. This place is slowly becoming a ghost town. Next, Laura Ashley and others are gone. Plenty of parking but place is covered in KFC and burger king rubbish due to people being lazy slobs.

Parking van be a problem at peak times around Matalan & Boots due to playgroup pick up and Costa coffee. Morrison's car park better but a bit of a hike if loaded with shopping.

These shops provide a good variety of products if you can't find what you need in the nearby Tesco or even Ikea
