Went for a last minute gel polish removal + pedicure (no polish) and am so glad that I tried this place out! I'd had my toenails done elsewhere and the gel polish had come off of one of my nails so was really desperate to get the rest of them off and booked an appointment on a whim. Basia was such a lovely nail technician and my feet have honestly never felt this soft. She shaped the nails really nicely and gave me a lovely massage as well. Would definitely recommend :)

The Best! Me and my friend booked appointments to go here the other day but accidentally messed up our dates. We explained to the staff our mistake and they were completely understandable and Basia even stayed later for us so we could both be seen to on the same day. The customer service is excellent and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Even during COVID the atmosphere of the salon is amazing, they always play the best movies! The PPE is also incredible so safety is no concern even in the current climate. The quality of the nails are incredible! Basia is extremely talented and I highly recommend! They also offer fantastic nail art that can be seen on their Instagram.

First time buying a fake scrunchie was abit nervous as I have no idea what I'm doing. Staff were helpful and showed me lots of colour options. I was shown how to put it on and told lots of ways to keep it as long as I could. Lovely staff, great prices. Really helpful

Came in Thursday and bought some clip in extensions. Really lovely and thick beautiful quality. Nice service with chatty staff who know what they are talking about instead of just taking your money . They have a nail bar too so will be back

Bought some extensions , shop was busy but staff really attentive and made sure I was seen as soon as possible. Highly recommend beauty lounge. The staff are amazing, friendly, an always helpful. Really good shop and reasonable priced products which are cheaper than boots...only reason I give 4*s is because it never opens on time and I'm always rushing so having to wait until nearly 9.45M to open when it shows it opens at 9.30am is really annoying...
