Reviews of The Red Dragon Centre

Great place. Relatively small but there is bowling and cinema and restaurants and currently free parking for up to 6 hours which is great!
L. S.
Oh how amazing is this place. I have been going here for as long as I remember. Formerly 'The UCI' or 'Atlantic Wharf Leisure Village'. Used to have Red Dragon Radio from their now Capital South Wales Studios. It is about a 5 minute walk from everything in the centre of Cardiff. Great eat at Five Guys and the Cinema, Hollywood Bowl and looking through the glass of the radio station. Always a great time down there!

Not very busy midweek in March. We wondered how the various outlets made any money.
We thought the 10 pin bowling was too expensive so didn't try it.
Easy free parking as long as you spend some money and validate your registration number.

Nice place for food and drinks films 🍿
J. W.
Me and the children went to see Sonic the hedgehog 2 today at the Odion Cinema located inside The Red Dragon Center. 6 hrs of free parking as well so after film we spent time in the arcades in the zHollywood Bowl and then onto some dinner at the Flaming grill. Food was OK we had burgers and chips and chicken wings challenge. I think there is more of a meal deal during the week but all in all a good day out spent with the kids. Shame the Oriental Garden was closed. I would of preferred Chinese there is also choice of Italian and Japanese and across the car park was an Asian restaurant. So maybe try that next time..
C. P.
Great place to bist and have some fun. They also host themed events through the year which entertains the kids and adults alike. We'll worth a visit
K. F.
Covid Guidance clear & in place, variety of entertainment and places to eat - clean and tidy, information throughout only negative from me was the Security Guard approached me in pretty rude manner & asked me why I was taking pictures then told me to stop !
P. M.
A great place to see the latest films showing in the Odeon cinema with various screnes. There is also a Tenpin bowling alley in the centre restaurants and coffee shops.
C. T.
Lovely Christmas lights up, very dreamy. The Red Dragon isn't perfect by any means, but if you want an easy nice out with bowling, cinema, food, pub and arcade games then it's great. Plenty of restaraunt choices to take your fancy. Empty units could do with filling so it's a little less 'lost' inside. Easy enough to go through the back exit to get down to the Bay too.
B. S.
Such a shame it's going soon. The IMAX cinema is fab.
V. M.
I went with my daughter to see the new Downton Abbey film. We had coffee before the film and really enjoyed ourselves
M. M. S.
Bowling was so much fun. When the game finished I felt rushed to eat my burger with staff watching over me to clean. Then went into the arcade and not many machines were working
W. C.
Good place. But remember if using facility ie cinema/or Costa etc remember to mention to staff of enter car req to qualify for free 6hr parking. Otherwise you pay.. Almost forgot myself and nearly paid £6.50 for 3.5hr approx. When didn't need to. After watching Batman film
s. m.
Love this place it's all you need for a rainy day. Cinema, bowling alley, arcade, gym, pub, cafe and retsurants. There's free parking for customers and the massage chairs are great.
N. J.
Very quiet in the afternoons. Visit was to cinema. Warning - Cinema seems to have severe drain problems - very strong sulphurous blocked/leaky drain smell in corridor outside gents toilets by Screen 10.
G. N.
Had a great meal. fantastic value and a great service in the Bay tavern. Would definitely recommend it to everyone
D. H.
Good place to go. Cinema, bowling, food places. Car parking is plenty and a short walk to Cardiff Bay.
C. W.
If you want food , cinema or bowling this is the place to be. Good parking , nice range of food places and near the bay so more eating places there as well.
M.
Fives guys was alright but £42 for four burgers and chips is absolutely unacceptable and we certainly won't be going there again, the burger where nice but not £42 pound nice. Go and have a sit down meal with the kids for that.
T. A.
The Hollywood bowl is a nice spot to chill with family or your loved one on a bank holiday. Haha
B. S.
Nice little centre just by Cardiff Bay, loads to do cinema, bowling, arcades and food. Would go back when we next visit Cardiff
C. E. (.
There are a variety of different restaurants here , a bowling alley , coffee shops , a gym and a casino.
The Odeon cinema are all within walking distance around the centre.
I saw ' House of Gucci ' which I must say was very powerful and moving in so many ways , well worth a visit.
Face masks are still to be worn and more importantly if you want free car parking , please remember to put your registration number in the numerous iPads around the Red Dragon Centre in each venue.
A 5-minute walk from the Red Dragon Centre and there are more restaurants and bars , along with nearby hotels and the Millennium Centre.
Cardiff city centre is a hop step and jump away with a local bus stop nearby and a 5-minute walk to the train station.
Walking to the city centre will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
T. W.
I suspect when this is buzzing with people in the evening it becomes a pretty invigorating place. We went to see a matinee, so quite quiet inside and out. Car parking - get your ticket and pay inside at the cinema. Lots of parking. Usual bunch of food outlets if that is what you like.

Half term in October, what do we do?
I took my 3 teenage daughters aged 17, 15 and 12 to Hollywood bowling, in the Red Dragon Centre.
We had booked it on-line and travelled there by train.
The center is just 3 minutes walk from the Cardiff bay train station, but if you are travelling by car it has loads of parking spaces available including those for blue badge holders.
Everything is easily accessible on one level and there is a Cinema, Hollywood Bowling and lots of different places to eat.
After our game, my daughters and I ate at Five Guys which has a super tasty vegan sandwich with Grilled cheese, mushrooms lettuce and tomatoes.
And super tasty fries 🍟.
I would definitely recommend this place as it has everything under one roof.
Both Five Guys and Hollywood Bowls have toilet facilities so l do not know if the centre has its own facilities available.
a. l.
Very crowded so loud, weather was really bad so everyone finding something to do in the dry....but lots to enjoy, bowling lanes free to join in, pool 5 tables and arcades too...
C. P.
Plenty for everyone cinema bowling eating drinking coffee ice cream etc plenty of choice good parking facility
a. _.
Fun and loads of places to eat for everyone bowling cinema arcades
R. D.
A well organized venue, felt very safe, plenty of sanitizing stations, lovely place to visit.
C. P.
Had a daddy daughter date night and was great to blow off steam and have a laugh great place family's so much to do there.
Cinema next time 😃
j. s.
Went here yesterday for many things pool table was terrible tried playing but over 21 balls to play with some of them duplicated all tables missing certain pool balls. bowling was excellent not expensive only paid 23 pound for two adults 3 games very good. All machines were working in the arcade. Went to five guys after this place it was emense amazing
C. B.
Took my grandchildren bowling , very helpful staff , a pleasant experience , however , I found it very expensive , compared to other activities..over £ 18.00 ( 2 children and myself) for no more than 45mins entertainment .
Cinema for the 3 of us would be approx 12 -15 pounds, but for at least 90mins worth of entertainment ..Techniquest cost £ 20 , but we could stay all day , even leaving the building and returning after eating a picnic ..

P. D.
Excellent venue, multiple food outlets and bowling cinema, parking nearby a bit pricey!
J. M.
Good selection of food and drink by I was shocked at the cleanliness and general state of the toilet facilities at the bowling complex.
Mostly broken facilities with soiled floors. If you need to use the facilities, I would go elsewhere.
Great to have validated parking for customers though
E.
Nice selection of activities and restaurants but very hot inside.
R. P.
Was ok I ended up spending more in the 5 guys burgers than on actual bowling. A fair few empty lanes and nothing until 4pm. Blew some money in the arcade but the units they have are too large for such a small space. They could have a much better selection of they used smaller less fancy cabinets.
D. W.
Ideal spot to find lunch or dinner if you're staying in the bay
S. N.
A good selection of eateries and entertainment activities 🥳 Nice to be right on Cardiff Bay too for a walk along the waterfront! 🥰
m. T.
Visited on many occasions, mainly the cinema but have eaten in the Bay Tavern. Excellent large car park and free if you use the facilities there in.
J. H.
It's a shame there aren't a nicer couple of restaurants or things to do here - only really a cinema and bowling. For what it is, it works.
A. W.
The Bella Italia is fantastic. Authentic 1920s and 1930s Italian decor really takes you back to bygone days. The food and drink is excellent with fast and efficient service
L. B.
Parking information has a lot to be desired. Really needs to be visible especially disabled cars.
P. E.
Fab,saw Downton Abbey Film, seats were so comfy.
B. G.
I love this place, a nice selection of restaurants and even cakes and coffee, very nice
N. J.
Was very quiet when visited mid afternoon one Friday. Has cinema, bowling alley. Numerous and varied restaurants. Parking free with validation from retail outlets. Ate at Five Guys where the staff were helpful and friendly and service excellent, food high quality
S. P.
We decided to check out this place as it was our last day in Cardiff and the weather wasn't too good. There's lots of entertainment at this place plus you get 6 hours of free parking as long as you spend £6 or above at one of the places within the centre which can be easily done as there's a bowling place, cinema, arcade and eating places. Good place to entertain the kids if the weather isn't so great!
C. W.
Went in to grab something to eat, ended up in Bella pasta but lots of options
M. H.
It's okay, cinima is the only reason I go but parking is not great as people park on or over the line
s. a.
Bowling Alley toilets are descusting. They always smell🤔 they need to be renewed. But fab bowling
M. R.
Went there with my girlfriend bowling good fun and it was value for money
T. W.
Easier to use the car park now ANPR has been installed. The cinema, Costa coffee and the Five Guys burger restaurant are very good but the bowling is very expensive for what you get and the two vacant outlets as you enter the centre don't really add to the appeal. The potential is there for something much better. Updated as of April 2022 - the two outlets are now in use by a pub chain on the one side which is fairly good and a Japanese sushi restaurant on the other which I cannot comment on as I have not used it. The oriental garden has now shut down which had been there for many years. Bella Italia, spice root and five guys are still there. If you are visiting the area it is still a nice place to call in.
R. R.
Very quiet now. Not much going on which is a shame because it used to be a vibrant bustling place.
R.
Great place for family meals with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. 👌
I. B.
Nice enough centre but visited five guys........ expensive for burger and chips
R.
I love the Red Dragon center, always plenty of parking.
Parking is free if you use the services.
Plenty of food options available along with the IMAX cinema, makes for a nice, inexpensive and relaxing date night all in one place.
Love it!
m. w.
Five guys, cinema, bowling and arcade...Nice
C. S.
Nice little day out for the family, will be hitting odeon next time we are there.
J. B.
A good place on a rainy day, especially if you have children.
a. s.
Packet with food and entertainment, good selection of food to be had from pub classics to burgers bars. Very handy if your staying in one of the hotels in the area and looking for something to do.
J.
Nice selection of small pubs and cafes. The cinema needs to reopen the Gallery ASAP as this was a great feature, but I am aware of the present situation. Will be sad to see it go, pity the cinema and center could not just be updated and argument instead of being demolished.
N. R.
Best place spend time with family, games for adults and kids fun and food..
A. T.
Went bowling - expensive but fun - with the family (10 of us in 3 cars) and spent some time in the arcade. Both activities were fine. But when we arrived we headed straight for the ATMs and consequently failed to walk past the noticeboard explaining the (complicated) rules for the 'Up to 6 hours Free Parking' that we'd been looking forward to. Because of this, even though we were there for less than 4 hours, it cost us £6.50 per car just to get out. This made an expensive day RIDICULOUSLY expensive. My advice to anyone going there is find that noticeboard and read the rules BEFORE GOING INTO THE VENUE. Disappointing.
A. J.
Plenty to do and lots of food places. A good night out with family or friends.
M. O.
Lovely place to bring the family . Loads to do down their ranging from bowling to cinema's and lots of great places to eat 👍
H. K. (.
Nice enertrment red dragon complex and food courts inx casino
d. a.
Good selection of food outlets friendly cheerful staff clean bowling cinema bars everything you need for a good day or night out
E.
I just use the parking, good offer that you get 6 hrs free parking if you spend £6 inside - there's a Costa inside so we usually grab two coffees and then the parking is free :)
L. F.
It is a quite new shopping center, they have plenty options for food, it has a big cinema and bowling, if you want to spend a nice afternoon this is a very good option if you are in Cardiff.
S. J.
Went to Millar and carter restaurant ,a bit expensive but the food was delicious
M. P.
Great place to eat and for the family as well, pity it's getting knocked down
D. B.
Five Guys burger, a Costa coffee and a visit to the cinema... What's not to like?
R. H.
Great venue with a few places to go for food and entertainment!
M. P.
Good entertainment centre next to Cardiff Bay, with multi screen Odeon cinema, bowling alley, arcade and a selection of restaurants with different cuisines. Plenty of parking available.
S. “. P. W.
Brilliant venue which has multiple amenities. The arcades as well as the numerous restaurants have always been of great quality.
A. B.
Very beautiful . Place to sit and walk round.
A. E.
Great place for all the family. Varied dining areas , bowling, coffee shop and cinema. What more do you need.
b. e.
Five guys didn't have any toilet roll and no working bathroom tap after i soaped my hands and the drinks machine spurted all over me. Also the imax speakers are so loud at certain points I had to plug my ear.
D. H.
Nice spacious and clean entertainment setting with lots of parking. Great cinema and bowling with plenty to eat all under one roof.
l. q. t.
Gorgeous burgers with chips and onion rings..relaxed atmosphere.
T. J.
Great day out, free parking for 6 hours if you spend in the center, close to walk over the bay which is handy. Cinema, bowling, restaurant & bars, what more do you need!
J. R.
Great choice of food and entertainment.. Free parking if you use any of the facilities. Also easy access to Cardiff Bay.
J. B.
Great coffee shop in the central area and that would be worth the stars alone. Good place to take kids as games and cinema. Great range of restaurants and places to eat.
A. W.
Not alot here just one big food outlets
D. A. J.
Bustling place with lots of places to eat, & cinema
D. 1.
First time visit recommend the hotdogs 👍👍.
J. M.
Went to the cinema had a great time but i do wish odeon would open the screens in the gallery as wheelchair users are reduced to horrible spaces at the front of the screen so you come out with neck and head ache.
K. M.
Various food and drink locations, bowling, arcade, gym, cash machines. Good parking which is free up to 6 hours if you spend x amount in the centre.
J. L.
Easy to use machine and order tickets for films. Nice staff, everything you need under one roof.
R. J.
Such a great night out, so much to do all under one roof. Made a whole date night out of it. Started off with a Five Guys, went over to the bowling place then finished off with a movie. Highly recommended for couples and families alike!
B. S. (.
Good parking especially for disabled users. Always clean and tidy and easy access for wheelchair users.
O. S.
Overall a nice area for a night out..
B. D.
Close to the bay, lots of activities to do here.
C. R.
Best burger I've ever tasted
A. J.
Food great. Service excellent.
B. D.
Great place to come with the kids. There are lots of places to eat, bowling and a multi screen cinema. It also a lovely place to meet friends for a coffee. Parking is free but you need to get it validated, all you need to do is ask for validation when you buy something.
M. R.
Lots of places to eat, cinema, bowling, arcade all under one roof.
Like the fact you can put in car reg for free parking and only a 5 minute walk to the bay
T. K.
Really love coming here, great selection of places to eat and drink, free parking (validated) if you stop for some food as well which is a nice bonus!
N. H.
Plenty of places to go and things to do here
J. D.
Cinema, bowling, arcade, gym, covid test center, casino, five guys and a Couple of other resturants. Good for a rainy day in Cardiff.
D. O.
Fun-filled, I watched a spiderman film at the cinema and played games
K. W.
Before my visit I always heard good things about The Red Dragon Centre. I wasnt disappointed at all very quiet, and relaxing but I'm guessing on a normal day it would be hectic with such fine food outlets and entertainment. Will hopefully be visiting again in the future and will be looking forward to it.
P. A. W.
DAM Fit to Fly Centre - very professional quick and efficient.
S. T.
We went to the cinema. Had to queue an age to get tickets as only 3 staff serving. Would be better if you had a separate set of staff serving food as preparing the nachos arc seems to hold the queues up. Film was good grandchildren enjoyed it. Great idea of lodging car reg numbers for free entry.
n. m.
Went for a meal in Bella Italia, noticed their are quite a few things to do in the centre. What I did like Is that if you give the vendor your going to your registration number, your parking gets validated for 6 hours. The centre itself is spotless, however, outside could do with some bins, especially smoking bins. There is nowhere to put your used cigarettes.
R. H.
The cinema is top notch but not the cheapest. But I would recommend them as the seats are comfy with leg room for lanky blokes like me even for long films. Just to add the disabled access here is brilliant with easy floors and a lift if you need to go upstairs.
C. G.
Loads of different shops and restaurants, many things to do for kids and adults! Free parking for 6 hours!! Would recommend!
W.
Nice place to visit for family or friends meal at Zaika restaurant, Cardiff.
B. j.
Went here around 9pm to visit five guys burger joint, very easy parking, don't forget to validate your parking!
Easy to validate, look for a tablet device at any outlet (cinema, bowling or restaurant) simply tap in your vehicle registration and that's it done.
As for five guys, tasty burger, very crispy bacon and delicious fries. £11 for a burger and fries us more than usual but very tasty and worth the money.
D. J.
Its a great place to visit. Has a good selection of restaurants to choose from and great entertainment with the cinema and bowling allies all under one roof. Great for family times out or if looking for some intimate time together. Plus free parking when you get your ticket validated.
B. C.
Loads of nice eateries and things to do here, plus free parking with a validated ticket is a really great idea.
The cinema is probably the most used part of it and it's overall a very good experience, especially being so close to all the restaurants. If what your looking for isn't there then the rest of the bay is a 5 minute walk away so you're really spoilt for choice in a great location
L. S.
We went to the cafe in the middle of the centre for breakfast. Rolls were lovely. Went to the bowling and the kids loved it. Manager gave the kids sweets and asked them if they were having a good time which I thought was a lovely touch. Free to park if ticket validated (minimum spend £6)
D. K.
We love going to the Red Dragon Centre. It's so easy to get there from Newport and we can find anything there that we could wish for to entertain us. This time we went to see "Bad Boys" in the Odeon and after that we had a meal in Spice Route. The food here is amazing I would highly recommend this restaurant!!
J. M.
I love this place. An imax cinema and bowling alley. I love the restaurants here and the parking is great. Awesome.
A. J. -. P.
There is bowling alley, cinema and some restaurants. Parking is free if you go there. SPICE ROUTE Indian buffet, there is a new Japanese restaurant opened "Volcano"
R. H.
Some good places to eat, a decent cinema, and a great arcade, but you can tell the place is nearing the end of its life. One of the main lots has been unused for months now. Overall the RDC is functional but lacks atmosphere.
C. W.
Free parking if you validate your ticket (ask when you go to selected venue) good for kids, or casino visiting adults. Cinema's and eateries for couples. Not a huge selection of things to do however.
N. E.
Brought my 2 year old here for kids club at the odeon Saturday morning.
Was great. We love it here as mother daughter time and after a film nip in to the arcade for a bit.
So much to do here. Loads of lovely restaurants, places to have a drink and great location. Not far form the bay which is lovely to walk around all times of year. We visit often and will continue to do so :)
R. H.
We went to the Odeon and paid the extra for gallery seats. Few points. It's a kind of cheap facsimile of a luxury experience. The cocktail bar has about 6 drink options and they didn't have the ingredients for 2 of those options. But they are suitably boozy. The all inclusive vibe is spoiled by them trying to sell expensive toppings for the popcorn and the staffs lack of comfort performing their functions makes it kind of awkward. Good seats though.
B. B. R.
Its a nice place , close to the bay very nice to walk around and just relax chilling...
M. P.
Went there for 5 guys, fast service and lovely food. There was an Aston Martin 007 car on display which was nice
J. C.
Hello the internet! Let's see here. The Red Dragon Centre. Seeing as we are all currently going through what the boffins call a "Pandemic" The Red Dragon Centre is just as interesting as an inaccessible box which, similar to many other attractions and public facilities, is a very common theme nowadays. But as soon as the doors open and the eager public rushes back inside to fill its corridors, I'm sure that it will be a wonderful place to go but until then it's probably best you hang tight on this one! Now a question from our audience. What's that? Why did I go through the time to write this review? Well my dear friend let me ask you a question. Why did you go through the time to READ this review? You see? I think we both now have our answers. Now, if you will excuse me, I must be going. I am on a very very tight schedule. Farewell
C. M.
Lots of choice of places to eat, bowling, cinema etc. No toilets within the main building, these are accessible through each individual store, restaurant or facility. A bit confusing if you've never been before! Parking is free for 6 hours. You just have to get your parking ticket validated in one of the places visited within the centre.
C. S.
Lovely place for a date night, family gathering or a friends meet up. Theres a choice of food here, cinema, casino and a short walk to the bay waterfront. There is parking here that is a ticket that you pay for before leaving, if you eat or use the entertainment within the center you can get your parking validated. I personally feel that everything here is more of a moderate to expensive so i would avoid if your on a tight budget.
S. M.
Always a pleasure to come here with and without the kids.plenty to do and lots place to grab food and drinks.
A. L.
The Red Dragon Centre offers a cinema, ten-pin bowling and a number of restaurants. Situated in the Cardiff Bay vicinity, it has a large parking area and provides a great space to treat yourself, family, or friends to some well earned leisure time which won't empty your wallet.
T. R.
Nice place to take the kids bowling or into the arcade. I let my 3 year old sit on all the rides and pretend she's having a go. Some nice places to eat as well and there's the expensive cinema. Free parking as long as you get your ticket validated.
S. A.
Five guys and old orleans are only places open. Five guys is nice but expensive. £8 a burger then small fries £3 and drink £3 .Bit silly for a burger joint but was ok for a change.
B. P.
Had food at bella italia was nice, had a groupon which saved us half the price. Not quite sure it's worth the full amount they charge. Would have cost us 40 for just the two which is a bit steep.
Went to the cinema after which is always good.
All if this is held in the red dragon centre
S. W.
A great experience for me and all the family. Definitely will be going back again.
m. c.
A lot of things in a small building cinema food places etc
C. D.
This was another visit to The Bay Tavern and a lot better than a previous visit.
Staff were very helpfull explaining parking charges and was told there was a 40 minute wait for meals as very busy, meals arrived 20 minute later and cooked to perfection. Will be back
L. S.
A few restaurants, a cinema, bowling alley and a small arcade. Good food and entertainment, free parking if you purchase inside the centre. A few minutes walk from the centre of Cardiff Bay, with a lot more restaurants and things to do!
L. T.
A lovely place to visit. There's Hollywood Bowl an array of different restaurants and a cinema. There's free parking once you validate your parking ticket. Disabled parking and toilets. Sometimes the parking barrier is difficult to reach if your a disabled driver due to restricted motability. Otherwise all is good and interesting place to visit.
A. G.
Great fun for family and friends. Some thjngs are overpriced but it's a good day out. Parking validated free if you go to the cinema etc or spend over £6 so it's good for that too.
d. r.
I'm now a wheelchair user and the access isn't the best un even pavement drop kerbs very steep n bumpy inside not too bad
J. s.
A place past its prime but still a home for memories and great experiences still. Will miss it when it's gone
G. R.
Nice and clean food v expensive ..
M.
Right in the heart of Cardiff Bay. It’s got everything you need to entertain the kids. Cinema, bowling and some nice food places. If you spend over £6 in the centre, you will get 6 hours free parking. Just make sure you get your ticket validated before you leave.
M. J.
Good choice of food and a decent priced bar.
Parking was easy, the prices were quite expensive but I was able to validate my parking at The Odeon Cinema so it didn't cost me a penny. The arcade / bowling alley felt somewhat run down and the atmosphere was...odd. The Odeon cinema was by far the best. It was also interesting to look into a live radio studio.
S. D.
Worth the deal and taste was authentic.
G. W.
I think that this centre is great, there is a multi screen cinema complex (with an imax screen in it), also a good selection of places to eat and drink, also a bowling alley. Parking is available but it is chargeable unless you validate the parking voucher when you purchase products.
C. H.
Great for Family Entertainment.
R.
Cinema, bowling and food. Whats not to love? Plenty of parking and free if you use one of the facilities inside. Still feels modern despite being developed about 2 decades ago. Nicely decorated for events and holidays. Well kept and clean. Only downside is on busy days trying to escape the car park is frustrating as the barriers only open so quickly and cars get piled up. They usually open the barriers to relieve the conjestion but not always.
K. B.
Lots of options for places to eat and activities, including the cinema and bowling. It's all indoors so perfect for a raining day. There is always room in the car park but you do have to pay.
S. J.
Has a great cinema, blowing and arcade. Plenty of choice for food in the center, only a two minute walk to the bay for even more choice. Family friendly atmosphere.
L. G.
This is a large complex with a cinema, bowling alley, casino, arcade and multiple restaurants all in close proximity. It is very easy to get with with its own large car park and if you use one of the businesses they can validate your parking ticket so it is free. With a wide variety of world food here (American, Chinese, Indian) an IMAX cinema and large bowling alley this is a great place for a family day out, childs birthday or adult grouping this venue caters for all
H. G.
Lots of things to do especially as restrictions easing; ample free parking. Could do with parent and child spaces though.
H.
The red dragon centre is a great place to go for a day out. It has a bowling centre, Cinema and many places to eat including: Oriental Chinese buffet and Five guys.
Parking at the red dragon centre is great, as long as you use the facilities in the red dragon centre the places you eat at or for example, if you go to the cinema, they will allow you to validate your ticket so that you don't have to pay any of those pesky parking fees. You can also get there by train if you get the train to Cardiff bay or you could get the park and ride bus wich will drop you off just outside.
I have been here many times and I will say it has never disappointed, they often have events on such as yesterday they had St John's ambulance service showing people how to do CPR.
As for prices, they vary from where you go as the red dragon centre is a mix of different places. The cinema has good competitive prices at around £5 on your standard ticket but bowling can cost upwards of £20 a game.
In conclusion I would definetly recommend the red dragon centre for your day out with family or even a night out with a boyfriend /girlfriend.
P. R.
This place is lovely, bowling, cinema, pub style restaurants, Indian, Chinese, milk shake, burger places and a few prepaid massage chairs something like £1 for 3 minutes. If you dine here and have a car park ticket you can get it validated to exit FOC as you've spent money within UCI building. Lovely xx
A. W.
Had a girls night out with the family, excellent food and fab service
H. M.
Great place. So much to do to keep kids entertained during rainy days as it's all inside. The restaurants are great too. Loads of options to cater for different peoples likes
A. A. S.
good for a movie night or lunch with kids
i. k.
Best thing in the place is 5 guys. Best burger for miles
M. H.
Nice way to pass the hours. Main downside is the heat in the bowling venue with the arcade games. Some aircon would be appreciated and would moat likely male people stay longer and spend more.
S. W.
Plenty of restaurants in and around to suit most tastes. Went for a cheeky nandos and then watches star wars rise of Skywalker. Easy free parking; good fun and enjoyed the movie
S. H.
Always a terrific place to visit. Cinema, Bowling. Great selection of restaurants. Free parking if you spend in the Red Dragon. No Toll Bridge charges after 17.12.18. Well worth a visit. 👍
S. P.
Only went to the IMAX to watch a movie but the place was tidy and clean. Some good restaurants and a nice environment to spend an evening. No problem with parking.
U. A.
Variety of restaurants including a halal restaurant. Imax, bowling, arcade for both adults and kids and much much more. Parking is free if you spend over £6 in the centre. Fully recommended for families and friends. 👏
R. S.
Very clean areas. We visited the arcade and bowling, staff were welcoming and friendly. Also visited costa again staff were friendly and helpful. Stopped off for ice cream sundaes which were great.
S. A.
Food is good however the most expensive burger milk shake and chips I have ever bought from a takeaway
M. K.
Ample parking and parking is free if you utilise any of the venues in the red Dragon centre. Very close proximity to Cardiff bay and the theatre (3-5 minute walk) so makes for a good place to park for accessing those.
J. W.
Whilst on a weekend away visiting some friends in Cardiff we had to try this place it was a buffet or evening restaurant towards the left as you go in the store I can't remember the name of the restaurant that we went to bed it was a birthday meal and the food was fantastic was not too expensive lots of different places around this shopping centre
L. P.
Great place free parking when you use the facilities inside
M.
Really like the Red Dragon Centre and visit regularly. Usually eat at Bella Italia or the Spice Route. Followed by a walk around the bay and coffee/ice cream at Cadwalladers. Great value day out with 6 hours free parking providing you spend minimum £6 in the centre on food, cinema, bowling or just coffee and cakes. Highly recommended.
M. D.
Lovely place to go. Great parking which is reasonably priced. Lots of great restaurants under one roof . Brilliant cinema and a bowling alley with amusement arcade inside. Two great massage chairs by the Dragon radio studios 😂
S. W. J.
Lots of places to eat and lots of things to do. Kids love it in the bowling and arcade.
N. F. P.
Plenty going on in this covered entertainment/dining area, with a good selection of restaurants, casino, tavern, bowling, and cinema. (with free parking, if you get your receipt validated at the cinema till, or many of the other businesses at the Red Dragon centre).
R. S.
Good choice of eateries to suit all pockets and entertainment too.
T. G.
If you want to visit a good quality 10 pin bowling alley, this is the place to come. There is an Odeon Multi plex cinema, lots of restaurants to suit all ages and tastes, bars and even a casino - and plenty of parking. (Don't forget to validate your parking ticket before you leave.) A short walk to the amazing Millennium Centre and the many stunning facilities located in Cardiff Bay.
L. W.
Great day out. Definitely recommend a visit. Will definitely go back
P. D.
Varied occupancy of food and drink restaurant's, decent cinema and bowling alley.
Varied events every holiday for kids (keep an eye on the website!) which are often one offs/unique to the centre.
Close to other attractions in the Cardiff Bay area, so plenty to eat drink and do at the centre and then go on to other things close by!
Clean and tidy venu with open and appealing walkthrough.
Business spaces available for unique entertainment/eating ideas.
m. b.
Excellent location for fun and entertainment for friends, family, lovers just anything you can think of is there. You have the cinema, restaurants, bowling, romantic seaside for walks, restaurants by seaside, tour boats, speedboats etc. It's just an absolutely incredible location of fun for all.
P. B.
Some nice restaurants and cinema also a short 2 minute walk to Cardiff bay its self
L. S.
Clean and tidy place with many businesses residing inside. Open early to late and easy parking. Only issue is exiting the carpark when on busy periods. Can take up to 20 minutes.
L. M.
Good paces to eat. Cinema bowling and cafe. Bit pricey though. Plenty of parking and disabled parking. If you use any facilities there or eat get parking ticket stamped - free parking.
L. S.
Great place. First time we have been yo Cardiff Bay and we loved the Red Dragon
N. W.
Always a decent burger and the shakes are lovely!
D. I.
Good place to go for drinks and a meal, plus bowling alley and arcade and shops
A. P.
Free parking IF you buy something just buy a drink at the Hollywood bar. Nice foods at restaurants, parking for the bay. Has a nice cinema. Looking for parking near bay? Good place to go.
D. B.
The best thing about the Red Dragon Centre is Five Guys and the bowling alley. It's ok if you're looking for something to take up a couple of hours.
R. M.
Love this place! We usually have a bowling session and food plus use the arcades. Although a little pricey its a great day out for the kids and parking is free!
s. c.
1st class service and food would 100% recommend to anyone looking for good food and good service
J. B.
So the reason I come here is purely because it's close to my work. I wouldn't be able to give an accurate description of all the restaurants but I can talk about what I do know.
So it's situated in Cardiff bay about 5-7 minutes walk from mermaid quay. The centre consists of 6 restaurants, a small coffee shop cafe in the centre and an odeon cinema.
The coffee from the coffee shop is awful if you're looking for something that is significantly tasty, but if you want a quick caffeine fix then it'll do the job.
The places I've eaten are at the five guys fast food stop which was surprisingly expensive for an awful burger that I could have made better at the age of 6 making funny shaped burgers in the kitchen with my mum.
The second place is the spice route. This place is soo cool and could be considered fast food but is fantastic because it's healthy. They let you choose from an array of raw fresh ingredients that you would find in a stir fry, and they cook it right in front of you in a couple of minutes on a high powered jet engine looking flame in a large wok.
It's impressive and tasty.
The other places I'll let you explore yourself.
c. a.
Great choice of food
S. M.
Contains parking, a cinema, bowling area and multiple food retailers including five guys. In fairness the centre is well maintained but is just full of chains. The Odean cinema is probably the best cinema in Cardiff but it is over priced. The centre also contains a coffee shop, pool tables and arcade machines.
P. R.
Pretty good, looking a bit tired now. There are a few empty units. Odeon Cinema is up to date, including IMAX in one screen. The bowling alley is a bit jaded (but they let you wear your own shoes now). Parking is free if you spend £6 (used to be £4) but you need to get a vendor to endorse your ticket. Handy for Cardiff Bay if you combine it with using the centre.
T. A.
I like the red dragon centre alot. Not only is there a cinema there, there is restaurants for everyone's tastes: Chinese, Italian, Burgers and Pub food. The bowling alley has around 20 alleys and the amount of arcade games at the arcade is mind blowing. 👍
M. H.
Good variety, good fun.
N. 2.
It's is great place to visit with friends and family... It has a arcade where u could go bowling a odeon where u could watch a film for very less and also it has great restaurants
G. A.
Cinema and bowling are both fine, if expensive. Some choice of restaurants but plenty of empty units. The whole place just doesn't fit into the bay now that things have been developed around it.
F. D.
Not the nicest area but the cinema, five guys and casino are pretty good
M. K.
Grady food for the value but weird location
A. M. A.
We had a great time in Red Dragon center ☺️☺️❤️❤️
G. H.
Very busy. Good staff.
M. J.
Lovely place with many restaurants and value 4 money. Lots of parking also. Just 2 minutes from Cardiff Bay. Go Costa have a coffee and get parking ticket valadated and enjoy ya day down the bay
A. R.
A lot going on here in downtown Cardiff. Bowling, arcade, concert venue and a few food options.
Parking can be free if you present your ticket.
Worth a look.
P. P.
We parked here, hopped on the train for a short ride into city centre to go to the theatre. Returned after performance, to eat in Italian restaurant, great food, carpark ticket validated as a result - 4 hours parking for free 😀
h. j.
I suppose it's ok. I would not go here just to "hang out". If you have booked tickets for the cinema or bowling etc fine. Did enjoy the 5 guys burger on my last visit.
D. M.
Cardiff institute. The centre itself has a good car park and a tip for anyone with a disabled badge there is disabled spaces to the side of the centre (opposite the WMC) so you don't have to mess around with getting out of the car park or validation of your ticket. Sadly the restaurants always seem to be closed.
R. H.
A great place for a night out. The staff in the cinema are always friendly and helpful. The Oriental Garden does a lovely all you can eat buffet.
J. D.
Friendly security guards who were very helpful .
Nice Rance of eating and drinking facilities
R. G.
Good if you're in the are, has one of the best odeon cinemas in South Wales. Offten drive an hour to go here when I have one 15 minutes away from me in Swansea.
P. C.
We had a meal in the bar tavern really good service
S. P. J.
Great little area, mainly for the cinema for myself but you've got a five guys, bowling alley, restaurants and café s to occupy yourself with as well.
D. S.
We had Odeon vouchers to use up so we took a drive to the red dragon centre. Parking is £6 but this is wiped if you can prove you spent over £6 in the red dragon centre itself. Our cinema tickets sufficed and we had a good day.
G. P.
Lovely place good places to eat
W. B.
Good place for day out but make sure you stay in there car park because private parking firms monitor the surrounding car parks and send out fines if you pull in and out I just I pulled into one for 30min and had a fine for waiting for my daughter don't get caught out food is a bit pricey.
R. C.
Got to ave food in the bay tavern ' omg large chicken platter ' check out the menu and great service to guys thankyou
A. S. (.
Oh it was amazing I loved it all the decorations the amount of shops and restaurants were absolutely amazing most restaurants except for the The Bay Tavern was amazing, Outstanding work!
D. M.
Good selection of restaurants, has a bar, bowling center with big games area and a cinema. Parking is free if you get your ticket stamped when buying something.
N.
The places inside are fine for food and entertainment etc. but the building itself is a state. So many buckets collecting leaks from the roof. Get a grip.
J. D.
Excellent facility. Has the cinema and bowling and a variety of restaurants. Free parking is a bonus too. Plus it is in walking distance of Cardiff Bay.
M. M.
It's a great place to visit it has an odeon cinema a massive arcade and a bowling alley with alot of lanes it also has a bar and quite a few places to eat
D. D.
Good pub good location
D. E.
The selection wasn't huge but what was there was very tasty and fresh, and for 7.99 at lunchtime it was ideal
O. D.
+ free parking if you use the services / have food
+ Great access from the dual carriageway
+ Cinema screens are good (IMAX and bright)
- most expensive cinema in Cardiff
+ Lots of food choices, and day time value is good
s. t.
Couldn't find any central toilets had to go into the bowling alley to go. Even tho parking is free there was a long queue to get out as people were not putting their details in at venues before leaving.
C. W.
Great place to entertain the kids. Bowling, arcades and cinema.
s. a.
Good and fun place for kids and adults
M. W.
I tend to visit purely for the cinema. The bowling centre isn't much to shout about and has always got a massive wait to play. I had my car door chipped by an inconsiderate/jealous driver on a recent visit. The parking spaces are quite narrow so I partly blame the facility for this.
X. W.
Best burgers around
J. A.
Good choice of entertainment and food, however parking is a bit on the pricey side. If you spend over a certain amount in the centre however, parking is free (need to get your ticket validated at the venue)
B. O.
A lot of empty spaces at the moment
T. L.
Covid policy and one way system in place. Bit busier than I expected but masks and policy in place I felt comfortable.
J. P.
Little bit of everything here, under one roof. Bowling, cinema, coffee shop, a pub, and all manner of food available, from American hot dogs to Asian cuisine. Very nice place.
s. p.
Popped in for food and a trip to the cinema. I definitely recommend the place to others.
E. W.
Been coming to the Red Dragon Centre to watch movies since I was about 2. 15 years later and I still love it! Wish they had more food options though or vegan sweets/chocolate to take into the movie
A. F.
Went to see Planet of the apes, was easier as didn't have to pick seats which is such a pain. Food and drink prices ridiculous!! Had great service off Luce/luke was a credit to company.
A. F.
. Situated between Cardiff Bay and the City you can walk to it from either it's extensively cinema bowling and restaurants there is free parking if you use the Red Dragon Centre there are a few Chinese and Indians couple of pubs and the Odeon
A. B.
The constant noise from the IMAX screen was extremely irritating. At times it was like watching my film in screen 2 whilst being surrounded by a bowling alley for a giant and a roller-coaster and a train track.
M. S.
Video games, bowling, cinema and a vast selection of places to eat. Fantastic for a family day or evening out. Ample free car parking too.
D. B.
An entertainment and eating centre in Cardiff just across from the Millennium Centre. Includes a cinema, bowling alley, and a good selection of eateries. Lots of free parking for customers, and very convenient if visiting the quay.
N. P.
Not much going on yet. But cinema great.
E. H.
Great for the teenagers and adults, i have two under 5s and not much for them, but many restaurants, bowling, cinema a must visit place.
K. S.
Really well sign posted and had an in and out door to keep people from getting too close to eachother
K. N.
A handy place with many eating places, I max cinema, amusement centre, bowling etc. Everyone was very polite and helpful the only moan I have is that the burger fast food restaurant was very expensive but tasty. Would definitely go back again.
F. L.
I love this place so much it's so good for a day out with the family to watch a movie, go bowling or have a meal and a wander around cardiff bay
B. M.
Very over crowded .and not very clean .disabled toilets very messy and unclean .
B. W.
As others have stated loads of places to eat just don't forget to validate your parking ticket before leaving. Also has a bowling alley (haven't been in there) and an IMAX cinema.
P. H.
Really good shopping experience
A. L.
Had a great night out
S. L.
5 guys. Immense
S. L.
Free parking when you spend £6 1 mile from Cardiff centre and a stone's throw from Cardiff Bay, the Millennium Centre and the Dr Who Experience! Also easy to spend the £6 with restaurants, Imax Odeon and bowling. With living in England meaning paying £6.70 on the toll across one of the severn bridges saving £9 on parking all day when you are going to spend money on food anyway means this is excellent value. Loads of space too. I parked on left hand sude of the car park and virtually had whole space to myself!
D. C.
From Bowling to Cinema to a variety of restaurants all under one roof this place has it all! Great for Adults & Kids especially when the weather is on the wet & windy side.
B. F. R.
Twas a highway to the danger zone
a. p.
Lunched at Bella Italia before show at Millenium Centre. On an extremely cold day, Bella was warm & inviting. We both chose Marco Pollo - Duck, Mushrooms & Spring Onions with Pasta in a Plum Sauce. Excellent food & value - we had a 50% off Mains voucher.
A. M.
Good small arcade, fun for children and adults. Nice variety if resturaunts too. Easy access and plenty of parking..
A. m.
Visited here to eat out , Bella pasta serves nice fresh Italian with a good service to match. Great service, thank you.
M. T.
Lovely food and good customer
A. S.
Very well organised went to five guys lovely over priced burger and chips
J. U. (.
Good for cinema goers who also may want to eat out. Restaurants inside the venue seem to be busy. Hollywood Bowls is popular too
L. M.
We had a family party here, a couple of games of bowling and then a meal and a few drinks in the Cardiff bay tavern, a good time had by all.
A. N.
Standard leisure development. Cinemas is good and restaurants are what you would expect. Parking can be a bit fiddly. Worth walking the five minutes to take in the rest of the bay.
r. r.
Great experience will go again and again great place for kids as well. Always puts smile on kid's face. Accessible for all 👍👍😀
C. W.
Great trip out to the Imax way better than standard screen Avengers was amazing, easy to park had food after. Can't go wrong for a day out.
a. j.
Decent venue, with a couple of good eateries and a multiplex cinema. Parking is a bit hit and miss and the whole unit feels a little bit in need of a good shake up.
r.
Only a 10 minute walk from the city centre.it has restaurants although they are a bit overpriced but all very nice food and very clean.theres a small arcade with a mix of driving and shooting games along with games to win tickets for rather underwhelming prizes.theres a bowling alley and also a odeon cinema that's amazing with lots of screens and a great range of upgrades from paying for unlimited drinks to more comfortable seats and a imax screen which looks amazing.i seen titanic in 3d and more recently just seen transformers last knight in imax 3d and even at £11 a ticket it's value for money of you want the best picture.however 2d or standard 3d prices are a little cheaper.and also cheaper Tuesdays too.the red dragon centre also houses a local radio station too.
A. F.
There's a huge cinema here and lots of places to eat, as well as a radio station. I have heard that the centre is going to be refurbished at some point, but I'm not sure about this.
B. J.
Good place. Lots of choice for eating and entertainment. Free parking if you get your ticket validated.
d. j.
Fantastic food , good size portions . Highly recommended
D. B.
Good selection of places.
W. R.
Use to be the place to go in Cardiff about 15 years ago. But it's been on the decline with this whole parking restrictions, lack of innovation and variety of food, in addition to Odeon - the most expensive cinema in Cardiff. Why bother!?!
M. K.
Pay slightly more, but the food is worth the extra
M. B.
Spent a weekend in Cardiff and found the Red Dragon Centre to be reasonably priced with plenty of choice. Had very good food and service at the eatery we chose.
S. L.
Could do with filling the empty shops now . Makes it look low value
M. S.
Has a wide choice of food and drink establishments and great fun for the kids, take them bowling then catch a film after.
H. H.
Easy access car park. Variety inside of activities. Don't forget to get your ticket stamped for car park. Minimum spend now £6 for free car parking.
D. C.
Caters to all tastes worth a visit on a rainy or normal day entertainment to suit everyone we took the grandchildren to the arcade while the parents bowled great day out
S. S.
Great place to eat with plenty of choice on offer. Odeon Cinema is also in this complex. Free parking if you eat here or visit the cinema.
N. R.
And it's a great place what you like bowling or going to the cinema it has some nice Chinese food too as well as some burger was a very nice inexpensive
S. L.
Free parking if you buy anything, OK restaurants, good cinema. Prices are average and place is small but entertaining.
H. R.
Love this place. So much to do under one roof, great food choices from pub grub to five guys to Chinese buffet.
G. S.
Good entertainment complex , cinema, bowling, arcade. Number of places to eat to suit budgets. Alps whilst here try adventure towards the bay
A. S.
Popped in to see Minions film with fam at the Odeon £2.50 each bargain. Lots of places to eat and bowling always worth checking out.
D.
Really good place to go on a rainy day, film, arcade, bowling and lots of different restaurants and a few bars/pubs.
I. V. d. V.
not a place for a relaxing dinner. Good place to go with bigger groups. I also doubt that the 50 days aged steak is really aged at all.
E. J.
Great place not all cafe open yet ..bowling was open enjoyed having a couple of games it was great fun
G. G.
very nice to see
A. F.
Clean and tidy loads of hand sanitizer around due to covid but still a good place to go for a few hours out
A. T.
While prices are steep, if you have a car and using the cinema it can be cheaper than going to a cheaper cinema and having to pay for parking in the city centre. For example, I paid £5.60 to watch Star Wars in 3D at vue near stadium but had to pay £10:60 for parking in wood street. It would have only cost about £13 at the time at red dragon cinema.
R. F.
A bit small but offers quite a good variety of places to eat. There is also bowling with an amusement arcade and a cinema packed in there.
J. A. A.
I enjoyed playing bowling with my colleagues there, then we had buffet dinner with reasonable price
T. T.
One way system in place makes it easy to stay apart, all very clean and not too busy.
K.
Clean and tidy centre that offers cinema, bowling, amusements and various coffee shops and restaurants. Parking is free if you use the amenities.
C. G.
Always love this place! Great for food and bowling as there is no where else in Cardiff to bowl! Free parking too so can't complain!
R. M.
Small mall in Cardiff Bay that is very family friendly. Includes bowling, theatre and lots of food options.
g. s.
Grandson football xmas party afternoon bowling good experience well recommended plenty going on around all in all an enjoyable day.
l. m.
First time here and absolutely loved it especially I think it was the steak and shakes place. No alcohol served there which made my night even better.
E. P. G.
Very loud! but with all the pics to choose from Great!
J.
Loads of great places to visit. Free 6 hour parking for customers in the centre and a easy 10 minute walk to Cardiff bay
M. S.
Great cinema but bring your on food and drink, way too expensive to buy there popcorn and coke etc.
F.
Great for a few hours out. Shame there is no monitoring of the people smoking directly outside the entrance so each time you go in and out its through a cloud of cigarette smoke.
S. O.
We had a good time at the cinema and five guys
R. L.
Plenty of places to choose to eat, plus cinema and bowling a great rainy day place to go all under one roof.
A. B.
Went to the all you can eat, Chinese buffet restaurant. It was good value and the food is reasonable but not exceptional.
Absolutely fine for the cost.
R. A.
Starting to feel a bit run down with a couple of closed outlets but overall has a good range of chain restaurants and a great cinema.
V. C.
Different food options with something suitable for everyone. With the bowling and cinema there it does offer a full evening
L. A.
The high street isn't dead in Cardiff... Really good!!
I. P.
A nice place to have some indoors fun. Service is decent, bowling areas clean.
E. S.
It's pretty good for what it is, nice bowling alley with arcade games, a few good fast food places, and the IMAX cinema.
P. R.
Lots to do, see, eat and drink reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast actually. Loved it! Well done Cardiff! ❤️
r. j.
Popped in for some food on way to football match.
Nice place with plenty of distractions.
Cinema, bowling and arcades to name a few.
M. D.
Well signposted one way system, clean but would benefit from a few bins in the car park.
R. G.
Full of lots of great things to see and do! Good restaurants and activities such as bowling and an Imax cinema. Close to the bay so lots to do outside also.
S. D.
Afternoon at the cinema. Comfortable seating. New car parking system was a little confusing but leaflets & staff on hand to explain.
J. H.
Will be a shame if the plans in place to knock this down go ahead, just needs a couple more restaurants to fill the empty units
A. E. (.
Food, beer, bowling, cinema, all clean and well looked after. Nice place to visit just make sure to validate your parking
D. S. (.
Free parking when i went to the cinema will be going again soon
U. C.
Best cinema. Food if you want. Coffee
Clean and always friendly staff. Parking brill. Ticks all boxes

L. M.
Went to see batman in odeon
T. D.
There's something for everyone here, cinema, bars, restaurants.
G. H. (.
Brilliant place to go for food or cinema or bowling
D. G.
Without a doubt th oddest retail/leisure park facility I've ever been to. Like a ghost town midweek. I'm sure it's busier at the weekend.
R. W.
Plenty of restarants here, some have eating areas under the roof rather than inside the cafe so rather cold so make sure you eat inside.
H. C.
We love the re dragon centre our regular date is costa coffee and cinema and all the parking is free if you have it validated
I. M.
Good variety of places but vary in price and quality. Free parking if you spend over £6 in the centre, just remember to get your ticket stamped.
A. E.
Easy to park and free if you are using any of the facilities inside. Few places to eat or drink, always clean and welcoming
c. b.
Lots to do And nice walk to the bay. Took my daughter and her friend bowling and for food and they really enjoyed.
A. L.
Love this place! Ideal for a family/friendly night out. Parking is usually free when purchasing anything within the centre.
l. c.
Odeon even just to have the Nachos at £5 a movie fill ya boots but don't forget to bring your own sweets and drinks it's daylight robbery for those
E. A.
Great prices on cinema tickets, Chinese buffet was nice, looking forward to going bowling next time.
S. M.
Very cozy and clean. Have everything for entertainment from Cinema, bowling, games arcade and restaurants. Fully recommend it!
C. J.
Small but great variety of food outlets and easy to navigate around. I walked there from the city centre and had no trouble finding it.
M. T.
Very enjoyable evening with South Wales Cambridge Society for an evening bowling.
First time in 31 years...

Good place for food, tenpin bowling and the cinema.
Can get busy in the summer.
m. s.
If you can find your way into the car park it's easy to spend your day here. Variety at value for money
H. R.
Overall a pleasant leisure centre with ample amenities and plenty of parking space. The facilities are a little worn out but not to a impactful extent.
R. 2.
Good places to eat, nice food, but don't forget to get your parking ticket validated..
i.
Spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants so you wouldn't have an issue there. I would also recommend trying out the arcade which is a lot of fun.
D. A.
Lots here, nice and open inside, feels roomy.
D. B.
Restaurants, cafes and cinema 👍also Capital Radio and Heart radio 👍👍.
M. R.
Very strange venue for Eisteddfod prelims. Cinema auditorium makes sense space-wise, but dead acoustic and dim lighting made for an unusual experience.
S. C.
Good place everything you want under one roof and refreshing that you can have your parking ticket stamped if you use the facility
L. “. S. i. 2. l. K.
All under one roof restaurants cinema and bowling and you even might get a chance to see the radio presenters hard at work in the radio booth
A. B.
Best place to play bowling in Cardiff 🎳 👍🏻

G. D.
Great place to go if you want any type of food or entertainment.
D. B.
Just nice to be out and eat all you can. Bella Italia isn't always the best food
A. W.
Odeon Cinema, bowling and quite a few restaurants in this venue. There are cheaper restaurants in Cardiff however. Not too far from the Welsh Assembly, the Millennium Centre and the Norwegian Church.
A. L.
Great facilities, plenty of restaurants, cinema, bowling alley and a short walk into Cardiff Bay itself. Will be back.
R.
Good selection of restaurants, fun arcade and bowling alley and a cinema. Great for a day out.
S. T.
Great place for entertainment. Cinema, restaurants, tenpin bowling and only 2 min walk from Cardiff bay which is awesome in itself
B. R.
OK kids always have fun here. We so too. It's clean and all places are good to go to.
H. H.
Well maintained place of weekend enjoy ment and for children also some kind of entertainment is present. Food and games also avaliable to enjoy.

Good place to spend an afternoon and have fun

Not bad, but only really go there for bowling, as the cinema is too far out from the city centre, and the food places aren't the best. Bring back Old Orleans!

Nice, however, avoid the Chinese buffet as everything tastes the same. Cinema is probably the best in south Wales

Parking is a pain but loads of restaurants and entertainment with bowling and cinema all under one roof. Also, there is now a 5 guys burger joint there.

Ok for a reasonable meal and a movie but that's all, the bay over the road is better.
