O. C.A decent selection of shops. However it could do with more disability parking, as they are often quite far from some shops of you are visiting a few in my opinion.
R.It's a retail park.... I hate retail parks they are just handy, prefer local family run companies but here I am dragged around this godforsaken collection of highly repetitive companies. At least I can get coffee while I suffer 🤦
A. W.Great shopping spot. Getting busy. Easy to reach from the East side of town and South Holderness. Will have to visit again soon.

b. r.A small, but commonly seen, retail park but if you are not familiar with the area then it may be a bit of a puzzle of how to access the place. This isn't helped by the fact by some substantial road works being carried out in the area so maybe access may be a little clearer when it's all finished. Around a dozen or so outlets, including the ubiquitous Costa, my destination was Jack's an offshoot of the supermarket giant Tesco. A rather large basic shed of a place, although new to the area. The outlets themselves do seem to change now and then, the likes of Mothercare was a big attraction with an attractive store, unfortunately the business is no more, but the retail park still is.

J. H.Surprised lots of parking spaces. Shops not crowded.
S. G.Its not a bad place really, some good shops but its in a really dicey area so avoid the locals if you can. They have a BnM there so there are lots of lower working class people shuffling about. I was actually mugged there about 20 years ago which kind of puts me off. All in all its not the worst place in the world but if you can shop somewhere better, you should.

d. d.Usual retail park stores looks like a few new shops are moving in from new signage. Only issues are with getting in and out due to major roadworks over next few years. Foodwarehouse saves having to travel to Anlaby though so worth the pain.

b. h.A good place to shop away from town centre . It has a wide range of shops from home bargains to toys are us. The parking is plentiful and free. It is also a stones throw away from the local cinema and ice arena which also has plenty of parking.parking isn't an issue as you can park either on street or in princess Quay which is very cheap.i would personally park in princess Quay as then you would be sure of a space and your car would be relatively safe
T. J.Good selection of non food shopping outlets. Easy parking but can be very busy at weekend and late afternoon.
Hobbycraft is a must for any craft person interested in painting, sewing, jewellery making and many more.
The retail park is well worth a visit.

L. C.Good selection of spacious shops, child friendly. Perfect choice for new or soon to be parents... Cinema and a place to get coffee but could do with somewhere good to get food on there and people would spend a bit more time there, having said that its a short walk from the marina eateries.

Quiet on both of them claiming essential stores that is why open during current lock down.
O. O. (.May be it's me, but coming here on a Sunday morning gives me a different experience. I practically watch the retail park grow into a crowded environment as the day matures. I know this is what the shop owners want. but if you love a bit of breathing space, You might choose your shopping time with this in mind
J. O.Great shopping experience, everything for new mums and dads. Great bargains for everyday necessities, a boots pharmacy that dispenses at midnight. Great coffee shop bit best of all The Whittington And Cat public house, great beers and amazing affordable food.

S. C.Its good here. Driven past it many times over the years and only just went in. Good variety and some cheap bargains too. I particularly liked the Sue Rider shop as there were some cheap goods but I good nick. Was also surprised to see brand new items in Sue Rider too. Enjoyed my time here and will be back and in future will stop off instead of driving past 👍
G. S.Nice shopping area with 2 hours free parking, good range of shops ranging through toys r us, hobby craft etc. Parking always available and good range of disabled access and parking. Costa Coffee is a welcome rest stop for anyone spending a little time here. Also close to ice arena and cinema.
L. J.I ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallows no cream as I have a milk intolerance. No marshmallow but cream. It was so busy I couldn't get anybody to change my order I just took it off if somebody had a allergy would be a different story!
L. B.It is a pretty busy place and it is super loud but if you need to get things done they have all kinds of shops from book stores 2 clothing stores to elecktronicks to dollar stores! The food court upstairs is better to go to after 1:00 p.m. as then there are more seating options.
V. M.Good parking and free. Might be time limitations so check as we were not parked up that long. Just used Boots always try to buy boots brand where possible to make savings. There is B&M nextdoor very reasonable prices.
P. C.One of my favourite places for a Costa - sitting outside and people watching.. 3 hours free parking, and walking distance to the marina, and the city centre shops. Good selection of large shops, including Sports Direct superstore.
S. G.This is a good retail park. Has a selection of shops but now not so much because the shops are closing. It’s quite upsetting to see but there’s barely any now I hope more open. Would love to see maybe some bowling here, that would be good. I go here a lot, cinema and bowling I think would go well together you could make a lot out of the two being close. One or two clothes shops I think would be good. Overall it could be better. I hope Carphone warehouse goes. It just doesn’t need to be there. There’s no point. Mamas and papas and mothercare? Aren’t they just really similar? I hope some good comes out of this retail park it used to be good and not it’s just not.
A.Possibly the forgotten retail park in Hull but definitely fighting back after losing some really big names that have gone to the wall over a short period of time. Plenty has changed and when I visited the carpark was almost full with shoppers. It does have limited parking in respect to the time you can stay (this is to combat office workers parking all day) but you have plenty of time to wonder round. Well worth a visit especially if you haven't been for a while.
L. M.We often find ourselves here shopping on a Sunday after visiting family. And we always find what we need.
Mothercare has a fantastic range of items and also has a large early learning centre section and also a clarks section where measuring is available for the kids.
Mamas and papas has a wonderful range of baby items too with a furniture section upstairs too.
Costa is the perfect stop for a coffee with vast seating available.
Hobby craft is fantastic and huge providing everything you could possibly need for your arts and crafts projects.
B&M and home bargains are both great in selection and size although it's a shame they have halved the size of the toys r us store to accommodate the new home bargains as it used to be the best toys r us in the area and is now quite limited in selection and certain lines aren't stocked there anymore.
Outfit is a great store too with a huge selection and a kids clothing line at the back of the store too. And Boots has a huge range of brand lines in stock.
It's a shame that GAP, Sports Direct and the pound shop are no longer there however hopefully the empty shops will be filled with something new shortly! :)
Overall a great little retail park with lots of choice for families.

j. r.Love shopping here, sadly got a ticket for staying over the 3hrs.. so much to buy this time of year...this will make us buy on line, so come on kingswood retail park... up the time this Xmas .don't sting us soo heavily with a bill £100 fine..otherwise we'll just shop on line, and all your business will go bust...easier for me anyway..it's made me not want to go again
T. G.This retail has a wide ranged of shops from clothing to toys. It also has a pharmacy that doesn't close till midnight every day of the week apart from Sunday, there's also a cinema and an ice skating arena with an Italian eatery.
C.Value shopping at several outlets, food & wide variety of "Chinese" tat! Free parking,can get a bit crowded with thoughtless, inconsiderate "browsers" in the current crisis.
M. O.Situated right in the heart of Hull this retail park has everything, b&m home bargains, coffee shop crafts and mobile phone shop (carphone warehouse) and parking for hundreds of cars. Across the road is a cinema, ice skating and more and less we forget it is all just a stones throw away from the main city center.
G. H.Run of the mill small shopping area just beyond Hull town centre, restrictive parking means you can't park there and go off into city centre they take a dim view and cctv means they want to fine you if they catch you doing it. Limited shopping variety.

S.Plenty of choice for places to shop, and places to eat. Also a very well kept area for kids and seating for all. Car park is very close by with plenty of disabled parking. Good shopping centre for a day out.
L. H.Odeon cinema was fantastic the reclining seats was great i was so cufy my friend gave me a nudge he thought i was a sleep. Home bargains and B&M look like there was trying to out do one another with offers you can't miss.

J. A.Great little shopping area! There us a lot in there considering its size, bm, homebargains, boots chemist, hobby craft, and a few other shops and these are all good sized shops and when you have finished you shopping there is costa coffee, great friendly coffee shop.
T. S.Reflecting the current state of UK retail quite explicitly with bargain superstores replacing once affluent well known high street names. Boots and Top Shop persevere but how long will they last? You decide.

A. F.A medium size outside shopping area, with on the spot parking, if your local to the area it's worth checking out, or if you happen to be passing. But if your coming from far away, your better off visiting Princess Quay or St. Stephens.
D. G.Visited from Scunthorpe to go to Hobbycraft and it always seems to be worth the journey. A decent selection of shops and plenty of free parking. The roundabout thing on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare, but if you go in the back way it's effortless.

e. f.Retail park with a nice selection of shops. Parking terms and conditions are strict so check them before leaving your car. No cafe/restaurant other than a costa and no cash machine which is a pain.
M. E. H.The prices and range of shops there aren’t much of a bargain to waste time going there to shop. There’s no place to sit if you are tired after a long walk. I would say, if you visit the marina nearby then pop by to visit this. Otherwise, it’s not worthwhile.

D. M.Missing popping into Toys R' Us but that's hardly the retail parks fault! Enjoy popping into B&M and Home Bargains. Could do with some sort of Fast food ala Burger King, KFC.
N. U.Ok just incredibly spaced out and it really needs new businesses I think now, there's still plenty of space to build new shops in the area. Still don't know why we need 2 McDonald's in the area (Asda) the drive thru is enough, Nandos just moved in but it really could do with a mini ice rink just more stuff to do a Lazer quest maybe.

There's a few bars too, kingswood pub and if you go around the corner you get Kingswood Cafe which is a nice place to drink and eat.

T.Its not very often that i go into town anymore as i drive and have to pay for parking i have to pay to get a bus or i have to walk which with my job i dont really get the time for but with kingswood retail park its free parking and theres so many shops that you would find in town all in the same area
P. B.It's a great place to come for home furnishing stuff. That and strangely, DIY. The Halfords and the bandq is for the diy.. And there's a few different shops for the home stuff. They are all large shops... Also there's a macro / booker here!
